The girl working at the window this morning…not very friendly. Has a fake attitude and smile.

Almost 7 months EXPIRED guac that I ate! This is my second time receiving expired guacamole with my bagel. The first time you could clearly tell that they had scratch out that expired date. I’m not sure if this is a money, saving tactic where they freeze the guacamole but this is extremely unsafe and could cause people mold toxins, and food poisoning. The texture and taste of my guac was horrid and I felt immediately sick!

This is literally the best Starbucks around. The staff are so kind and really get to know you as a customer. I love spending time here and we even meet here for book club!

As someone who grew up in this neighborhood and used to own an office just half a mile from this Starbucks, I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over time — whether grabbing a coffee on the way to work, picking up drinks and cake pops with my wife and daughters, or meeting clients for a casual coffee. Sadly, after my recent visit, I will not be returning.

I arrived around 1 PM to take an important business call and found a quiet spot on the patio, out of the way and respectful of the space. Midway through my call, at 1:10, a staff member tapped me on the shoulder — fully aware I was on the phone — to ask if I planned to purchase something. I said I would as soon as I finished my call. Then, just 15 minutes later, someone who appeared to be a manager interrupted me again, this time publicly and in front of other customers, reiterating that the patio was for paying customers only.

I was shocked and honestly embarrassed. I was dressed professionally, not bothering anyone, and had already indicated my intent to order. Out of respect, I still went inside to buy a coffee and keep my word. But the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome — something I’ve never felt here before, or at any Starbucks for that matter.

I’ve always treated the staff kindly and tipped well. This experience felt less like a policy enforcement and more like a judgment call based on assumptions — and as a person of color, I can’t help but feel there was an element of profiling involved.

It’s disheartening that a place I once loved and supported for so long made me feel this way. I won’t be returning — and neither will my family, friends, clients, or employees.

This is the best Starbucks location. I live closer to two other locations and I prefer to drive to this one to get my drink. The employees are always so nice and helpful and my drink is done perfectly pretty much every time.

No more free waters, even with purchase. Their app doesn't work very well and continuously signs you out. Employees aren't very nice.

The service was great. The drink was made correctly, however, my triple shot iced latte tasted like it was made with Folgers coffee. The last two have been disgusting and does not taste like espresso. I’m not paying these prices to keep throwing my drink down the drain.

I ordered a Peppermint Mocha, which I love, but today it was disgusting. I got home and dumped it out.

I ordered two extra hot drinks. They made the first one wrong and didn't offer to fix it. The second one- although I ordered it extra hot- was ice cold. Not impressed.

I love Starbucks but every time I stop here, I wonder why I don’t just go to the store in Layton.
Today, I ordered a gingerbread latte. Person over the speaker clarified, I wanted a latte and not chai. Guess what I got? Chai. For 8 dollars, I would love the drink I ordered….
It’s not just the wrong drink. Last time I came was on red cup day. I asked if they had any left. Person behind the counter threw their hands up and said “I guess we are just giving them out to anyone! I don’t even care anymore.”
I try to be understanding, I know how mean some customers can be especially around this time of year. I know service workers get pushed to their limits daily, so I always try to be polite and patient. I’m just frustrated with the service I receive every time I stop here!

I went there in the morning and the lady who made my drink, made it wrong and she tried to argue with me that she made it right (orange hair and older ) until the other girl came up and remade it for me and she was a lot nicer about it.
