I ordered two extra hot drinks. They made the first one wrong and didn't offer to fix it. The second one- although I ordered it extra hot- was ice cold. Not impressed.

I love Starbucks but every time I stop here, I wonder why I don’t just go to the store in Layton.
Today, I ordered a gingerbread latte. Person over the speaker clarified, I wanted a latte and not chai. Guess what I got? Chai. For 8 dollars, I would love the drink I ordered….
It’s not just the wrong drink. Last time I came was on red cup day. I asked if they had any left. Person behind the counter threw their hands up and said “I guess we are just giving them out to anyone! I don’t even care anymore.”
I try to be understanding, I know how mean some customers can be especially around this time of year. I know service workers get pushed to their limits daily, so I always try to be polite and patient. I’m just frustrated with the service I receive every time I stop here!

I went there in the morning and the lady who made my drink, made it wrong and she tried to argue with me that she made it right (orange hair and older ) until the other girl came up and remade it for me and she was a lot nicer about it.

I went into the Starbucks in Clinton for a couple drinks. Worst customer service their employees there act like they don’t have customer, they messed up a customer’s drink before me. And when I got my drink rang up they charged me incorrectly I advise that is not what is showing on the app. They gave me an attitude telling me they can’t fix it so I said cancel it I will order it online showed them the online price when I tried to order it on their system wouldn’t work. And instead of helping me they just gave me excuses. All they needed to was charge me correctly and fixed their mistake. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks and go try to go local shops who appreciate their customers and where coffees taste better. With how much people spend there you would think Starbucks would give their customers better service

My recent experiences with their rewards program have been disappointing, as I have not received my reward stars on two occasions. As an engaged member of the Starbucks Rewards program, these inconsistencies are frustrating and diminish the overall experience.
While the beverages are consistently of high quality and the staff often provide excellent customer service, the issues with the rewards system highlight a need for operational improvements. Enhanced staff training on the rewards program and clearer communication for customers would greatly improve the situation.
Overall, Starbucks remains a leader in the coffee industry, but resolving these rewards-related issues will only strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction. I hope future visits will reflect an improved experience that aligns with the brand’s quality reputation.

I was helped at the resister by a lovely woman named Mercedes. She was so nice and helpful!! However the overall management in this store is awful. Mercedes was spread across too many positions and could not perform at her best. She was so nice but looked so over-worked and running around; she was on the front register, ringing people up, warming food, packing deliveries, making drinks on bar, handing items out to customers, connecting with said customers, and restocking her areas— she’s a super star! But! Shouldn’t have to spread herself out so thin when her team should support her and foster the Starbucks experience. Plus the manager seemed to be sitting down and not jumping in to help. I understand that I do not know the full team dynamic, and want to give grace. However watching the manager, Jodi, look at the people lined up at the front register and walk away, deciding to go to the back rooms instead of helping was gross. Mercedes needs a pay raise for doing the job of more than one person. I was sitting in the cafe and felt the people around me getting agitated that it was taking long, which is an icky atmosphere, so I eventually left.

Overall, the food and coffee are up to standard. The barista who took my order (Mercedez) did a fantastic job taking orders, greeting customers, having a positive attitude, and working hard. Being understaffed is an issue that any food service company would come to have, but when I entered, the store was dramatically understaffed. This, paired with management that didn’t want to be there and would refuse to help their baristas or even help a customer, is unacceptable. I appreciate Mercedez's effort to make sure my order was correct, even taking the time to walk out the drinks and food. I have often seen managers walk by the counter while a customer was up front waiting to order. Even when the store has a surplus of customers entering, she sits on a bench up front, working on her laptop. Not knowing the entire team dynamic of this restaurant makes it hard to judge everyone. Still, I know that a manager at any establishment needs to be a leader and look for opportunities to jump in and help their employees, but I did not see that today. I hope this location can improve and make significant strides to be better.

I come here anytime, early morning or late afternoon and the staff is always great. I literally go out of my way to this location because they always make my drinks “right”. Maybe it’s luck but they never get my order wrong. I have a personal attachment to this Starbucks now :)

We just went to go get our regular drinks however this time was different because the girl working the drive through was being very rude to me and my girlfriend on her birthday. She had orange hair and looked older. My girlfriend and I used to work for the company and know that it’s okay to use your ID if it’s ur bday and the app doesn’t work. But she did not want to listen to us and said that she can only do it once and it’s a big no no. But she was super rude especially on a birthday.

Worst customer service I've gotten at a Starbucks. Don't bother going inside for a To Go order, once they take your money they will serve the next 15 people in the Drive-Thru who order & pay AFTER you before they start working on your order. My money spends the same and my time is just as valuable as the people in the Drive-Thru. I was ignored the entire after placing my order. They had zero consideration for the customer who had already given them money. I won't be returning as they made it very clear that my money is not good there.
