This location is great if you are going for lunch. Their food in the evening is definitely not as good. They tend to overcook things or they must leave things out because the tortillas and cinnabons are hard and dry.

HOLY MOLY! best Taco Bell award goes to these guys. The girl with the Baja blast blue hair had some of the best customer service skills Taco Bell has ever seen! Supervisors keep up the good work. Get this girl a raise!

Taco Bell is not our normal “go to place” and to be transparent we were not familiar with their pricing. That being said we were utterly shocked that we spent 50 dollars on a few tacos for 4 people (we didn’t even buy drinks!) Little did we know, when the lady asked us if we wanted sour cream that we would be charged over $6. In the future they should let people know that sour cream costs extra and let them know how much more I costs so the people buying can make a more informed decision. We likely would not have put sour cream on our tacos, had we known, since we were headed home to eat anyway and could have added it ourselves. The food tasted good, but not $50 good.

Ordered the taco party pack with supreme tacos and half soft, half crispy tacos....they were disgusting. The hard shells were all broken and the soft shells were soggy....and every single one of them had been pulled apart to add sour cream to, only about half of which ended up on the actual tacos, and then slapped back together. We had globs of sour cream in the wrapper and not even CLOSE to being on the taco. And they weren't the supreme that we got charged for, just regular ones that had sour cream 'added'. Good grief guys...it's not rocket science, it's called 'give a sh!t'...and apparently none of the staff here have it.

Pretty consistent bad employees hired here, was even double billed by an employee and I caught it when I asked for the receipt he knew that I knew and reversed the charge on my card. I've never complained at all to motivate him to do that to me either.

We have loved this Taco Bell and its offers in the app.. they just increased prices again though. This is starting to become not worth the price and pretty ridiculous… the cravings box is supposed to be $5.00 and that is how it is advertised by Taco Bell… now it is $7.49 :( super unfortunate. We aren’t going to be coming back until prices decrease to become affordable again for fast food. I could go to costa vida or cafe Rio or a sit down restaurant for $1-2 more and get way more food.
I have love this Taco Bell specifically because they are very accurate. Will most of the time mark items with a marker with specific changes. Lacy is the manager and she cares a lot about order accuracy and quality. I order from this location about 2-3 times a week and have done so for about 2 years. I can count less than 5 times there was a mistake. Will drive out of my way to go to this location
