Ordered 3 soft tacos, they were corn tortillas…. Never in my life had that at Taco Bell. Every single taco fell apart before I could eat it…

Ordered the 3 crunchy taco supreme combo and no tomatoes on any of them, hardly any “beef” on all three and no sour cream as well. Probably the worst tacos I have ever got from anywhere.

the manager is extremely rude, he would not give us more than 1 sauce cuz he said “this is where we loose our money” and was very arrogant and not friendly, i would never treat my customers like this. and when i got my crunch wrap it had the thinnest layer of beef ever, you guys lost a loyal customer.

Placed an order online tonight. Usually this store does a decent job. But this time when I pulled through the drive through, they said they didn’t have any orders. When I walked inside to talk to them, they couldn’t even figure out what an online order was. They called the “supervisor” ( who was in the back corner of the store with earbuds in his ears VAPING…INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!) who came up, literally grunted at me a few times, and said you’re at the wrong store. I showed him the confirmation was for that store and he grunted, “Yeah, we ain’t made it” and then just stared at me. I asked him to make it. When I finally got my food, 15 minutes later, all 4 box meals were TERRIBLE. The meat was cold, the lettuce was warm, and the flatbread/taco shells were soggy. I ended up throwing more than half of it away. What a disappointment. As I was leaving, two other customers were arguing with the “supervisor” about not having their online orders either. If this is their idea of customer service, is it any wonder robots are looking like the work force of the future?

I ordered nachos from Taco Bell and what I received was honestly disgusting. When I opened the box, everything was completely smashed together into one messy pile. The cheese, guacamole, meat, and sour cream were just smeared everywhere with no chips left intact. It looked like it had been shaken, dropped, or sat on.
For the price I paid, this is not what a fresh order should look like. No presentation, no care, and definitely not appetizing. I couldn’t even eat it.
They no longer give out water cups..... I think that's all I need to say..
When it says what did I get I would like to say not a water cup. I guess they discrimate against people that dont want soda 😭

The store was very dirty! Not one person said a word to us. The guy just put our food on the counter and walked away. Just because people order from a machine doesn't mean you should just ignore your customers!!!

First off the cinnamon twists tasted awful they tasted like they haven’t changed there frying oil for months a way to describe it is like the smell of basketball court varnish, I brought it to the car and we noticed an awful smell and it was the cinnamon twists. Got 2 Doritos locos tacos and they tasted stale and soggy, also had a bean burrito and got it grilled and it was burnt that tasted awful, and just to top it off ordered a Baja blast zero it came with no ice so I asked the worker why there wasn’t any ice in it and they said we didn’t want too, the drink tasted flat and awful, THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN ALSO IT WAS VERY UNSANITARY, honestly should’ve went to del taco instead, I’m so disappointed!!
