This particular location is clean and neat, so it's a nice inviting atmosphere. The food quality is good, but it is a little pricey and it would be nice if the food were a little bit higher quality for the price that it cost. Other than being a little pricey for fast food, I would recommend it. The flavor of the food is excellent, especially the blueberry and Cherry empanadas, and the crisp Chicken burrito.

The first girl who took my order was great. I got my food and decided I wanted water. I walked back up to the front and the girl had her back to me because she was filling the bags but both cooks looked at me and said absolutely nothing to anyone about me waiting. And they ignored me as well. The associates were swearing not caring who was in here. And my food was super bland. I ordered the burrito bowl and they barely put any avocado ranch on it. Just overall not a good experience. I was here the night of July 18th. Around 7:25.

Usually I really like but today was not the case. I thought they close at 9 like there window says...but getting ready to close at 8 like the website states would explain the incorrect order and the yuck old food better. I wish they would have just said we are closing.

Tater tots were pure salt, and the crisp meat burritos should be called taquitos because they’re so small. I’m not sure if it’s a local thing or a corporate policy, but these used to be a pretty good size! You can eat at a sit-down restaurant with a tip, and it’s less expensive. Plus, you’ll actually get full. 🤷🏼♂️

I ordered 3 soft tacos. Absolutely no cheese on any of them. Very little lettuce and tomatoes. What's a taco without cheese, hard or soft. Very expensive for what I got. It was a drive through order.

We went on 8/3 and ordered through the drive thru around 4 pm. We ordered 8 items : 1 taco, 6 crisp bean burritos, and one crusto. We waited a bit to eat when we got home and noticed we were missing 3 crisp bean burritos. Food was cold that’s to be expected on us since we probably waited a bit for them to cool off, but there was not flavor for the bean burritos. Crustos and the taco were ok.
We tried calling after noticing the issue and the ringing stopped after a few rings. We tried twice. Poor customer service if it was someone who hung up on a customer.

Taco salad, YUM. Crisp bean burrito, YUM. Crisp beef burrito... pulled a hair out of my mouth after I took a bite, GROSS! AND the price of one beef burrito is almost $5, which I ended up throwing away. Prices are nuts. Not going back anytime soon.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but 7/8/24 during lunch I went through the drive thru. The employee seemed like she was dragged to work. I get that, but she had an excessive attitude towards me when I asked for sauce and then I didn’t get it. I also ordered stuffed Mexi-Fries and I am pretty sure there was a bite taken out of one. Could be mistaken because it could have broken pre-fryer but it looked pretty suspicious. I hate that this happened because I love Taco Time!
