Worst Service Ever! Just went through the drive thru. Waited 15min in line then 10 min of thise were at the pickup window, waiting for my food. All to come home to the surprise that my order was missing a full meal. I called and spoke to Edgar. When I told him what I was missing he said he didn't know what to say and couldn't fix the problem. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager, I then asked him what he meant by "he couldnt fix the problem" and he said " if you dont like it then don't come back". I told him I would be contacting Wendys Corporations about his unprofessional behavior and he said "go right ahead".
I've worked the fast food business for over a decade and I can tell you that people who CAN'T handle stress during rush time shouldn't be allowed to be in a leadership position.
I would of been fine with a simple apology. But this manager doesn't know what common courtesy is.

We tried going to another Wendy's that was closer, but their lobby closed way to early. Wendy's in Clinton is awesome!

Vincent, the guy who took my daughters order, was THE rudest person ive ever come in to contact at this Wendys. If he was having a bad day he shouldnt have been taking orders. He should be kept over the stoves cooking and have zero interactions with customers!! This is the second time my daughter has had someone be rude to her at this location and shes always nice.

The older lady taking our order through the drive thru was the most condescendingly rude person ever. All we asked was if they were doing frosty’s right now and then proceeded to treat us like we were dumb with a “well yea” attitude. Definitely should not go here if you want to be treated with kindness.

This is my childhood Wendy’s. I’ve always loved it, except the restaurant has always been disgusting. I just go through the drive thru now. My whole life, I’ve always had to order a hamburger with “ketchup only” because when I just say hamburger, I always get a cheeseburger when that’s not what I ordered. The past couple years, the workers have unnecessarily (and even rudely) said “it only comes with ketchup, like I don’t know that. I know that, but they obviously don’t if I have gotten an incorrect order so many times. Today, I asked for a hamburger with ketchup only and got told it only comes with ketchup as I predicted. You don’t need to say that! It’s less words and effort if you just say “okay, anything else?” That’s not the only problem. When I unwrapped the burger, it was that special Krabby Patty thing. I did however enjoy the pineapple frosty. Overall, just kinda rude workers a lot of the time, especially at night. Get my order right please, it’s incredibly simple!

Girl with blue hair was very rude on the speaker and at the window, ordered sausage biscuits, the buns were purposely dipped in oil the wrappers were dripping in oil, I squeezed out so much oil from the buns, all food was garbage. Worst food I ever been served and food purposely messed with. Sad they knocked down the location in Roy, They were all so friendly and nice. This one in Clinton the people are rude and will do something to your food. I use to work at a Wendy's back long ago, you just don't do that to peoples food or be that mean. Worst location ever!

Biggie bags are a good deal. Always liked Wendy's growing up. I pick up food for my disabled father here when he wants a tasty cheap meal. Unfortunately, not a whole lot for people with celiac disease. But I can at least get a lettuce wrapped burger. Pretty quick at the drive thru usually as well.

The wait was pretty fast and there weren't that many people waiting in the drive-thru. I got two extra fries in my chicken nuggets. But I swear every time the jr bacon cheese burgers get smaller every time. The lemonade was pretty good, but the burger patty could've had more flavor to it.

We have given this location so many chances. They screw up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME (simple orders mind you). Again tonight they gave us a completely wrong item...I love spending money on meals that go in the trash because no one at our house will eat it...thanks Wendy's.

I am a General Manager for another fast casual food establishment and when I say the customer service here sucks I mean it. I waited for 5 minutes before me and my 3 boys were even acknowledged. When we got our food I was missing a large fry and my Jr bacon cheeseburger, so I had to remind them of my order. I also see food safety concerns here. People touching food with no gloves on, I see hair down past shoulders, touching face then touching food, workers going into the bathrooms with their headsets and aprons on, and the lobby was filthy! The sofa area was so sticky…. Not impressed and will not be back to this location. I’ll drive to the one in Syracuse from now on. ,
