Went through the drive thru on a busy Saturday, and my order got messed up pretty bad! I called the store about it, and was promised a full replacement or refund. When I returned, they fulfilled the entire order, freshly made, and gave me a free lg frosty and 10 pc nuggets! All is well, and Wendy's is still my go to for a decent fast meal! Appreciate you 👍

The service was terrible. Stopped by at 9:30 pm went to go inside but the dining room was closed even though the hours say until 10:00 pm. Waited in the drive through line 20 minutes and the windows attendant was rude when I asked about the dining room. I don't care if you only have three workers you don't treat a customer that way. My food bags looked as if my food was just thrown in there.

It’s 925pm on a Saturday night, and the dining area says on the door it closes at 10pm. And both doors are locked. At least put a sign your closing lobby earlier. 👎🏻

I love Wendy's! Every store I have been to has provided good service and tasty food. If one or more of these hasn't been the case, they have always made it right 👍. Today I enjoyed Junior Bacon Cheese burger, some chicken nuggets, the fries were hot and crispy just like I like them and the frosty with strawberry swirl was good. The strawberry swirl tastes like strawberry puree, yum. I definitely recommend them!!
Interesting place to eat, the food is all right. Its exactly what you would expect from fast food. Where it gets interesting is watching people absolutely scam the management here by ordering things and complaining they “got the wrong product.” Well played woman who got a second free fusion drink, well played.

After sitting at the counter 5+ min waiting to order the manager walks outside and says I have to bring something, I’ll be there in a minute. No one spoke to us prior that. Very unprofessional. The store looked gross. All other employees were basically scowling at me.

It's wendy's. Everyone knows what they're getting. Went through the drive-through, so yeah, they gave me fresh heart fries and the fresh entree. It was hot right out of the cooker. I dinged one star for the atmosphere because the window that is the drive- through. Employees don't have an awning. They're constantly being blasted in the eyes with the Sun. I think that they should help out the employees and get some sun shade for them.
