Good service, hard working kids. Food is okay, not great. I thought the chicken was tough.

very disgusting service the people that work here are absolutely horrible people
i had called to place a pickup and they had said to me they were not able to do pickups i would have to come in and they would take walk ins
when i arrived they refused my order and said they weren’t taking walk ins when i had explained that they had told me to come in they walked alway from me and said we’re not taking you’re order

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. The customer service was horrible. The staff was rude and they acted put out to be there. A customer asked a lady how long it was going to be. The music was way too loud and it was hard to here in there. She told him 5 minutes amd the guy said sorry, how long was that. The gal put 5 fingers up and put them in front of his face and raised her voice and she said I told you it will be 5 minutes. Several costumes came back in because their orders were wrong. We got our food and everything was there. When we got we sat down and ate. I have to admit the Buffalo ranch fries were awesome, but we were all disappointed in the wings. Way over cooked and they did not taste good at all. We will not be back.

Edited to add: It’s now been 8 business days since this unfortunate experience. The employee did NOT issue a refund for the food despite the fact that we never got out our food. She promised she would email her corporate office for the refund and evidently did not. I was hesitant to leave without proof of refund for this reason but she insisted there was nothing she could do for me at that time since the order was placed through their website and that I would need to wait until they closed for her to process the refund. So now Wing Stop are thieves. Nice 👍🏼
I’ve visit this location twice and had a poor experience both times. The first time the food was just bad. Old and way overcooked. This time..well I couldn’t tell you how the food was because we never received it. I placed the order at 6:51pm and by 7:50 it still was nowhere near being done. At 7:15 when I got there I asked where our order was in the line. The employee said second shelf, 2 orders in. She said about 20 minutes. No problem. I have compassion. It is NYE after all. I expected a slight delay. So I went home and came back at about 7:40pm. My order was still 10 orders deep. Not even being considered for the fryer. Additionally, I asked for a refund so I could leave and get my family some tangible dinner rather than metaphorical dinner and the manager told me that she couldn’t issue a refund at the time and that it would have to be done later. So now I just have to leave and hope she issues the refund. Honestly…I just wanted some wings and to head home and chill for the new year but apparently Wing Stop had other ideas. No worries though.. Tony Burgers got us a delicious dinner. I can’t imagine the impact on all those Dasher/Uber drivers tips. Hot, fresh, and timely. Never again Wing Stop!

Ordered online & had it delivered. Ordered about an hour before close, didn’t think anything of it. I only got my wings, and a chicken sandwhich. Didn’t my drinks, my fries, or my corn. Food got here late, so they were closed by the time I had realized what had happened. Uber refunded me 13$ but I really just wanted my food. What I did have, however, was absolutely delicious.

Love the food, but never have I ever walked into a location and been told they won't take a walk in order. I'll go to one of the Layton locations if that's how they treat their customers here.

Yesterday I figured out why I rarely get my drink when I order online... watched a doordasher and ubereats person take food and forget to grab the drinks. Twice someone had to stop them from leaving without the drinks.
Whoever the gentleman was who helped me (curly hair) stern face, was very helpful and very nice. He was patient and helped me figure out how I wanted my order and helpful terms for ordering it. Later another lady started her shift, I'm guessing the manager based on how she presented herself. She tended to roll her eyes a lot and went back and forth between being nice and friendly with her staff and giving them dirty looks. Not sure what was going on, but prior to her being there the staff was getting their work done, only talking about work, and communicating with each other professionally. After she came, the vibe got a bit chaotic. But it sounded like they were going to order some panda express, so maybe she was getting some for all of them? Which, if that's the case, then she's awesome. Couldn't tell.

Came in to grab my friend's order today, NONE of the four employees were wearing gloves nor did any of them wash their hands once. I was disgusted, friend called in to cancel the order. Just a warning for everyone!!

I ordered 10 plain 10 with rub add on tenders. We received 20 plain. This is not the first time our order is wrong. Called and employee didn't seem to care. Admitted to me the messed up the order. No more 2nd chances I am done with this place.

We drove 13 hours to our hotel and saw the wingstop on the way! We ordered 30 wings and only got 12 of them!! Workers were very rude when we came back to talk to them about it, would not remake and couldn’t get a refund out for 5 days!! Left starved and irritated!

Ordered a simple combo with fries, the girl taking my order apparently couldn't see her screen because of how far back into her head she was rolling her eyes, gave me the wrong order and no fries. I'm done with wingstop from now on your employees are awful.
