They forgot to make my order that I had placed online in advance. Then they gave my order to someone else. Then they promised to refund me and never did. When I complain to corporate, they send me a $5 gift card instead of refunding me the $20.90 that I was promised.

FOOD POISONING! ? Me my wife and our 12 year old daughter went here last night, we got a variety of different flavors of wings to celebrate my daughter's report card. Not only did the staff wait to long to see if we were ready to order but they were playing very explicit rap behind the counter ( Suicide boys ). Ten minutes after eating I started throwing it all up, I chalked it up to the spicy wings that I got but after a couple of hours my daughter and wife started throwing up perfusely and it's has continued into today we cannot leave the bathroom for longer than three minutes.. needless to say this has ruined our experience with wing stop forever. We will never be back to this location or any other location. We have call the food and safety department to let them know and to hopefully save someone else from this.

Worst $17 I've ever spent. The wings were not $17 worthy, the meat had almost no flavor. Employees were great and very nice. Won't be going back but I wish all the employees a very good holiday season.

The atomic wings are terrible. Atomic is the spiciest thing on the menu but they're only hot Cheeto level spice. And they tasted so awful,they're by far the worst chicken wings I've ever eaten. As soon as I put it in my mouth gag reflex kicked in. I swallowed and thought I was gonna vomit. If ur looking for spicy wings just go to Buffalo Wild Wings.
G money working at Wingstop wrote "trick" with a angry smiley face. on my wingstop bag & gave me 10 plain wings when I ordered garlic Parmesan and ironically today is Halloween. My whole order was incorrect. The manager said she was going to talk to him & took no accountability. This guy "g money" needs to be fired and if he is capable of doing that he is capable of spitting in peoples food. DONT GO HERE
I would give this place a zero star if I could. When I went into this story the girl manager who looked pregnant was yelling at staff and was not treating them with respect the wings where rubbery and hard to chew. Did not enjoy my experience...

I would like to start this review off by saying how impressed I am from the workers on a busy Friday night with hangry customers that for some reason don't understand that wings take a while to cook. Very impressive. I would also like to say that the shift lead that was there when i went was very well mannered he was nice to everyone he would listen people out and was a very good person. I had a decently big order and I was expecting to have to wait for 30 minutes but they got all my food done and everyone else in about 25 minutes. I also noticed my chicken was a little small and they did amazing because they knew that and gave me a lil extra to try and compensate. Food was amazing staff was even better they worked hard and got everything done fast.

My husband and I love their wings but be prepared to wait a long time! They told us 25 minutes but we ended up waiting about 45 minutes. Oh and the fries are not good!
