The food is good, but the value is slipping. Chicken is getting small, but the price is higher. The Texas toast was disappointing and a bit soggy. Staff was nice though, and the restraunt was clean.
Got food poisoning twice from here! First time we called, and they apologized and gave us a free meal. We decided to give them a second chance. Which was not a good idea. Because we got food poisoning again! Will not be making the same mistake!

Clinton location. Best darn chicken fingers, period!! Son of a gun, I even order extras, to put in the fridge here at the job site. Eat em later or tomorrow, still totally bomb. Love their chicken. Keep up the good work, and yes, I recommend these folks!!
Great tasting food seems more healthy than a lot of fast food as well. Great pricing 13 dollars for 5 chicken strips two bread and fries. Somebody was yelling about how someone forgot coleslaw but I understand It’s hard to be 100% perfect but there really close.

I have frequented this Clinton location for quite a while now, and while my family and I do enjoy the food most of the time, the only thing that is consistent in that store, is that if that middle aged brunette is there, rest assured I'm going to hear how awful she is to the employees who make that place run. Whether it be inside, a pickup or heading through the drive thru, I know who is in the building if I can hear screeching. Ive even personally had a run in with her picking up an online order. The last time we sat in the lobby and it was loud enough it made my son scared and he wanted to leave. Go ahead with your generic response Zaxbys....no, we won't be back...the environment is much to hostile.

A lot of times, it seems their food has been sitting, waiting to be sold. And their staff is young and have zero customer service skill. They act put out when you ask for something like light ice in your drink or a side of ranch. It's very noticeable in their faces.

Got Zaxby’s on the 7th (yesterday) for a celebration and have been up all night with food poisoning. Same with my husband. My children are fine, but they didn’t eat the chicken.Looks like this is a common occurrence lately - management, please look into this! Cooks need to be trained well to avoid these issues, especially with chicken.

This location is a disgrace to the Zaxbys Corporation! Veterans Day, they gave my husband a veteran a raw chicken sandwich! Fast forward to yesterday when I decided to give this location another chance I got a Family Pak for dinner for my kids. Waited in drive thru for 15-20 minutes. Get to the window and ask for some Spicy Zax sauce and the girl working the window says, "We only have 3 left." 3 was plenty so I asked for the 3. She then said she couldn't give them to me bc they were for a doordash order. I said well I am here right now and already paid for my food so could I please have them. She said no it's all they had then switched to well you can have them if you pay for them?!?! I just bought a 20 strip family pak and I have to pay for 3 sauces that you 1st said belong to someone else's order. Make it make sense! I was livid and yes told them to refund my order. I will never return to this location! There is always a super long wait and 9 times out of 10 something will be wrong with your order. Save yourself the time and headache and of course your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. Chick-fil-A or Raising Canes would never!!
This place has gone down hill. Today I ordered a big zax snack and the fries were so old and cold. I asked for well done strips and these were barely cooked. I feel like they do that on purpose because they don't want to cook it longer. The strips were so spongey and had an odd smell (undercooked chicken!) I gave the rest to my dog. The few strips I had made me sick.

We got two chicken sandwiches and two orders of fries. We did this for a date night and compared them to Chick-Fil-A, KFC, and Popeyes! It was interesting comparing the four places! Zaxby's had the biggest piece of chicken and probably the best flavor however the sauce was not the favorite. Popeyes had the best bun, and chick-Fil-A had the best crispy chicken.Parking: They have their own parking however it is next to other restaurants which may encroach on the parking spaces.
