I am one of the people who ate here when it was Denises home plate! Denises was notorious for making amazing home-cooked food. Mister Clucker has continued that amazing tradition and I would say their food may even be better!
I was not super hungry so I got a corndog with cheesy bites! It was not greasy, but it did taste like it had been fried. It was really good.
My husband got the chicken sandwich and he really liked it and mentioned he would love to go back. It was plenty of food for him. Their portion sizes are really good.
My brother got a chicken sandwich as well and he got their fried jalapeño peppers. He shared the jalapeño peppers with us and I really like them. They came with the pepper jelly, which made it even better. He said his chicken sandwich was good as well.
We also got their marshmallow brownie and their desserts would put any cookie or brownie shop to shame! I wish I would’ve ordered another one to take home. Both my parents live up here so we will definitely be back.
The server was super sweet! She gave us great recommendations and is a really fun person!
I’m glad that this restaurant is still a Gem in our beautiful little Coalville.

Parking: You park on the street, but there was plenty of parking when we came. I’m sure if there is a big event, the parking lot may fill up, but otherwise I think you’re good.
Kid-friendliness: This place is very kid friendly. Plenty of choices for kids on the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t know if a wheelchair can make it in here. I did see a ramp, but I would definitely call ahead and check.

Super friendly staff. Large portions of delicious food. Although chicken is their mainstay, I initially missed the 40 or so flavors of specialty shakes and malts that were on the chalkboard behind me as I was ordering at the register. As I waited for my food, I noticed every other patron ordering a shake, at which point, I saw the chalkboard and added a shake to my order, and boy was I glad that I did!
