Came in a few months ago for the first time and was refused service and was told that the store was closed even though there were other customers being served and the store wasn't set to close for another two hours. I came in again today in the morning to give this place a another chance with my wife and when we gave our order selections which were two footlong sandwiches on flat bread and the employee put all of the meat and cheese in the middle of the bread and rolled it like a wrap. Still was charged for a footlong even though the sandwich was only 6". I won't come back to subway again.

I stopped by here earlier this evening (Saturday September 23rd). The sign on the door said they were open until 9pm. I went inside at 7:57pm. I was refused service and turned away. There was 1 male staff and 1 female staff present and the young man told me "we haven't had anyone come in for about an hour and we started cashing out already." This situation was absurd. Why post hours of operation if you are going to randomly close early because you got bored? I have never experienced this situation as a restaurant customer before. Wish Google would let me give zero stars.

Why do your hours say “confirmed a week ago” and then I drive to come get food and y’all are closed an hour and a half earlier than it says? Update your hours so you’re not wasting people’s time.

Only if 0 starts was an option…closed two hours early. Unfortunate when you make plans to stop, but their inconsistency messes things up. Employees stare at you from inside and act like they don’t notice you. When it is open, customer service never has been the best. Overall awful management and poor customer service.
