Stumbled upon this quaint bar on our way back to civilization. It is a bar, but they have great food and good service. It took a while to get our server to order food and then to receive food because of the business of the bar and her being all alone, but when we did, it was delicious and wonderful. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, paired with simple Lay's potato chips, but they fit the bill and were great. A local band filed in soon after and played a set of songs and added to the feel and atmosphere of the place. It was crowded, being quite small for a band, a bar, patron tables, and a couple of pool tables. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this nice place.

I had driven past Mim's lots of times but had never stopped. Had the Kamakazi burger. It was great. The service was good too. It was a busy night and they had a band. A good time was had by all.

Best hole in the wall bar and grill I’ve ever been too . I had a peanut butter jalepeno burger and by far the best burger I’ve ever had . Service was great Sarah and Makayla kill it . And the prices were absolutely fantastic. For lunch , burger ,deep fried pickles and a beer was under 20$ Phenomenal place!! Highly recommend!!!

Service was slow and terrible, order was wrong food was terrible how hard is it to cook a hamburger. And for 30 bucks for my wife an I forget it. Not to mention been going in there since the early 80s was impressed with new management/owner not so much anymore. Seem to only care about drinking customers and serving whatever slop the drunk people will eat. Did offer to make me another burger but declined as we had already wasted enough time in there. I get it your busy but that can be overlooked for decent food and service. My wife works out in corinne as well and says people at her work complain about the food and service all the time.

I’ve stopped in a few times over the last couple of years on my way to and from visiting family/friends who live in Idaho (I live in Utah). Never had an unpleasant experience. I was taken aback when seeing in two meme groups a post by/about a server named Makayla posting photos of someone’s receipt on Facebook. All the person information was blocked out but the posts were to make fun of someone who may have Parkinson’s disease, handwriting. She seems young, I don’t want to see her lose her job. I hope she’s humbled & coached. I will find a new spot to stop at during my travels. Unfiltered memes about the struggles of bartending & working in the service industry are one thing, but publicly shaming someone who struggles with a chronic & debilitating illness is not a good look. Makayla, I hope that when someone you love dearly is living with a disability or illness, you receive more compassion than you give & you can enjoy humor on a personal level versus public alienation & ableism. Truly I hope it doesn’t take that for you or your friend Viktoria who posted on your behalf to “get it”.

In my whole life of living locally, I had only been to Mim's like once or twice in my life! That's NOT the case now! The food is upgraded with several yummy options. I'm not much of a drinker, but everyone around me is usually enjoying several diff. drink options.............and a frosty mug!!!
