13 minute hold up at the drive up this morning and no explanation or an apology from the staff. Loving the fast, friendly service here!
Needs a refresh but the staff is nice. The app is a joke and corporate should invest some money into fixing it so you can combine or stack gift cards.

They forgot 1 item in my order, they forgot to add an ingredient in one of my sanduches. So 2 mistakes (or forgets).. it's like they didn't know what they were doing.. and to add the bathroom was disgustingly dirty.. I love beans and brews, but thus location was not good! (This is not my usual location)

I had a surprisingly nice time in this coffee shop. Its atmosphere is better than the one in Sugarhouse. I also found Turkey and avocado sandwich that is only 475 calories and is healthy enough. It also serves a big cup of coffee 32 oz so have have some left over for the morning. And the coffee tastes good and quality is consistent. Lots of parking spots and importantly some spots benefits from shades from trees. Outdoor seating has shades. Happy. Will be back.

This Beans & Brews, which I frequently go to all around the city because it’s better/cheaper and I like to support local, is BY FAR the worst. It’s in a great location but the service sucks and everything they serve you is super inconsistent each time. With nobody in front of us at the drive through it took 11-12 mins to get us our 2 drinks and 3 breakfast items. My iced caramel cielo tastes like it’s missing two ingredients and my wife’s chai latte tastes more like a hot water-based tea than a latte. I’m done with this location, which is unfortunate because it’s close to our house. Will be taking my business to Cafe Expresso and Alpha (now that they’ve figure out their speed of service issue).

This location is a joke and possibly the worst. This is the only location where you order a chiacicle and it’s not frozen and they now tell you “it’ll be runny because of the espresso” Every other Beans and Brews location does not have this issue and it is frozen. As someone who has worked in coffee shops for several years there are ways to mitigate this. Will not visit this location ever again. There service and drinks are substantially below standard

Love the location, love the coffee and food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The last three times I have come in, I stand at the register and nobody is there to help me. I kinda think the employees hand out in the back of the building or something. Today I stood there for 3 or 4 mins and then just went and took a seat. And then waited and watched until I could see someone come out from the back.

Whatever equipment they use in the kitchen makes the loudest, most obnoxious noise you can imagine. I feel sorry for the employees that have to endure that awful noise all shift. No wonder their service is poor and unfriendly. Food is good, coffee is ok but the experience at BnB sucks!

Ordered a Cafe Latte through the drive thru, staff was friendly. Coffee was good! Will be back
The place was very dirty. The floors had not been mopped in days or even weeks. They gave me the wrong order and then insisted it was my fault - that I'd asked for the wrong drink. Rather than trying to offer good customer service, they said they could charge me again for the drink I wanted. The manager of this location needs to be more involved with customer service training for the young people working there and ensuring the place is clean for customers.
