I went to Beans and Brews on Thursday and Percy made my experience the best!! He was so friendly and helpful, and my tan ice mocha was seriously the best I’d ever had!! Thank you Percy for making this establishment a better place to get a drink :)

I ordered off the app and still waited over 30 minutes for a small mr b and avocado toast. The drink was good, food was pretty mid.

I’ve gone for a long time, visiting from when I was attending the old butler middle school. Friends and I would walk over and relax, I find myself now enjoying the calm atmosphere alone before the goodness of a crazy busy day. Smells good, people are warm and welcoming even at the drive through, overall a wonderful staple to our community.

The fact I am writing a negative review says a millions words as I don’t usually do this.

I come to this location daily and service is usually fantastic. However, this morning Adeline (spelling) was at the drive thru. I have never seen her before so perhaps she is new and might need more training on customer service and human decency.

I was the only car in the drive thru, no one in front of me and no one behind me. Her tone from the start of a greeting, “what can I get you” was full of attitude and impatience. It was like I was bothering her by being there. I started to order my usual drink, but she did not allow me to finish, so I repeated myself. She said the total without repeating my order, so I kindly asked her to repeat my order. She did not have my order correct and I had to hesitate repeating it again because she let out a huge sigh of annoyance and quite frankly I was scared. She sighed again saying “anything else” which I said no thanks and then nothing. I proceeded to drive up to pay and her tone was a little bit nicer so I was genuinely confused. I asked her if she was the person on the drive thru speaker and she confirmed it was her. She had the payment reader out but I wanted to scan my rewards and she let out another sigh, I guess because she had to get another device…

I feel bad for not tipping as I usually do but I couldn’t bring myself to add one today. She handed me my drink and closed the window but forgot to give me my receipt. I had to wave her down for additional help with that and again I was genuinely scared of her reaction.

I love getting my coffee from here every morning and I hope when I return tomorrow there is a change in disposition.

I feel like a nuisance when ordering, sometimes no one is even there to take your order and when they notice you, you feel like you're interrupting. I absolutely love this location and the building is amazing.

13 minute hold up at the drive up this morning and no explanation or an apology from the staff. Loving the fast, friendly service here!

Needs a refresh but the staff is nice. The app is a joke and corporate should invest some money into fixing it so you can combine or stack gift cards.
