I usually like Zupa's food, so I decided to try their new Nourish protein bowl. I'm not a big fan of arugula, so I figured I could just pick it out. This is how much I pulled out, and what's left.... When the greens take more space than the rice, it's not a bowl, it's a salad. If I ever decide to try it again, I'll ask for no arugula. There's also supposed to be sweet potatoes and cauliflower in this and there isn't.

If you check the reviews on this Cafe Zupas location at Fort Union, you're going to see a trend emerging that I also experienced: their food is great, but their service is struggling. I placed an online order for one item. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready, and the backline was in absolute disarray; team members confused, trash on the ground, counters cluttered, orders everywhere. I ended up running a quick errand and I came back 15 minutes later and my food still wasn't ready. It ended up taking them 30 minutes to make one order.
It's really unfortunate when a place makes great food but they clearly haven't invested in their management, their team, or their training.
There are plenty of other food options in the area -- you may want to look elsewhere if you're counting on a reliable experience.

I enjoy Zupa’s. They are a good place to meet for lunch and the food is even pretty enjoyable. However, I have gone there twice in a 7 day period and in each case I submitted an order online and was given clear pickup times, both times I waited approximately 15 minutes beyond the agreed upon time.
Last 2 nights in a row we ordered delivery through the app - 2 nourish bowls with extra protein. Both times they didn’t add the extra protein and both times they forgot the dressing. Tried contacting support about it the first time but they did nothing.
