Food is good as always but the service and care was atrocious. Ordered online and it said 11:55. Waited in store for 30 minutes and got my food around 12:30 when there was no line anywhere but the online order line. No one talked to any of us to ask names or see how we were or apologize they just slowly called them out when they were ready after forever.

Really disappointed with our experience at zupas today. We placed a curbside order and our food was never brought to our car, even though we waited for 25 minutes (the app said it would be ready in 15). We finally went inside (the store wasn't very busy so we weren't sure why our food was taking so long) and no one apologized or even acknowledged that the food took longer than it should have. We got our food home, and the sandwich was barely grilled, and my salad was missing a dressing. We've eaten in store before and had a great experience, but the online ordering aspect was not up to par.

The Zupas cafe is a really good place, the attention from the manager, Nick, makes it worth coming. The food 10/10 and the restaurant very cozy.
We ordered our food online. It was expected to come out within 10 minutes. we then arrived and it took 40 minutes of waiting for the food to be ready. Come to findout the last 15 minutes it was sitting on the counter in their kitchen and they never gave it to us.

We really great service from the woman who made the Mango Mojito drinks today (Saturday). She was very kind and sweet. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but she was cleaning up the drink and silverware station this afternoon when we had lunch. Also the young lady who was on salad duty greeted us warmly and was very helpful.
