Love cafe rio but was so disappointed and will never come back to this location. The visit started with me cleaning our table because it was filthy. I got a salad, it was soggy the dressing wasn’t well blended and they gave me the wrong lettuce with it. 0/5 wish I could get my money back. Threw it away half eaten.

A couple of steps below Chipotle. The employees were rude and did not care about making your food, just pushing you down the line. Food was like eating at Taco Bell on a bad day.

It felt like they were under-staffed. They were really slow and they never refilled the mint drink even though they said they'd do it in ten minutes. I paid $2.50 for that drink and I can't drink soda.

Update - I went there again and new staff were very welcoming and service was fast. The food was even tastier than before. Seems they have made changes towards the right direction. So I moved up my service and overall rating.Food is very good. Location is great. However they get very busy at times and mess up every now and then. Ambience is great for fast food chain. What bothers me is when I order in person they want to charge me extra for everything I add but not if I order online. I suggest you order online.

Protein portions are a joke. You’re pushing the bowls on people, but it’s 90% rice. Chipotle is a far better deal. Use to be a Cafe Rio fan, but it’s gone down hill and feels like they are intentionally being cheap. Not worth the $15 a meal.

I love this place!! I have eaten in other places of the same chain but I especially like the atmosphere in this one, it is very relaxed, always clean and good serviceVegetarian options: You can choose what to eat, just if you don't want meat you can skip it.Parking: It is a shopping center with plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Yes, you can go with kilos and have a children's menu

I once loved this place, but now the portions are much, much smaller. I miss the old Café Rio.” ?

The good thing is the food here is fresh but u have to be lucky to get the servers to make your order right. They do not understand English at all. When I ask for salsa I had to repeat myself 4 times and even after that the lady either did not hear or she did not understand. I told her that I had ordered a side of meat and pointed to the box to move it to the cashier she did not understand that. It was so frustrating. Atleast the least they can do is speak basic English to understand the order . Most of the time they r disinterested bunch of people. I hate that it's the closest cafe rio to our place. Avoid if possible

If you don't damn near scream no to enchilada style, they're going to do it. I asked for a burrito, got to say a pork, rice, no beans, then pretty much nothing else. I tried to say what, can you repeat that, etc, and she poured on the enchilada sauce. This was our first ever time here. Nothing was explained. I tried to tell them this was our first time here, and I didn't know what she was asking, but she went faster than I could even respond, and it just was not what we were told.I just wanted a burrito... I can't have red sauce. We ripped it open and tried to just eat the filling, but it just was not good. We're not from the area and needed to get going. This did not meet expectations. We are not going back. $27 in the trash since it happened to my partner, too. :(I have the receipt if you need it, Cafe Rio.

Typically this is the best Cafe Rio however, as of late it has been going down hill. If you order online they don't give you as much food as if you were to go in, they give you things you ask them not too and then they don't give you what you do ask for.

This is the closest location to me, and every time I have ordered for pick up or even car pick up, I end up waiting an additional 30 minutes. They never have anyone at the pick up counter to help me. I am standing here now and nobody who comes over speaks English. I've had to show my order number and email receipt as proof. They're only just now making my order when it said it was ready for pick up half an hour ago. It's not even the busy hour. This has happened 4 times here already, I'd rather drive farther away to get to a Cafe Rio that will be efficient and not waste my time.
