The food was good but they had a little girl running around with no mask around the kitchen and with the other food being cooked. The little girl was also just laying on the floor and filling her drinks around the soda without a mask. nobody told her to put it on. the waitress was a little rude too.

Carl's is legendary. It's been there forever and is a locals favorite. You won't notice it if you don't look hard, but the locals know this is the place to choose over any other nearby breakfast or lunch location. Carl's breakfasts are great as well as their burgers and sandwiches, I always like the cheeseburger or BLT, you honestly can't go wrong either way, or any other sandwich you are in the mood for. Order whatever breakfast you feel like, you won't be disappointed, as long as you force yourself to go on a long walk afterwards or just give in to the urge for a port-postprandial nap lol. Remember to tip your server, they are what make Carl's so great too!
Great hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Went with a buddy for breakfast and it was exactly as expected. Don't forget, they do not take cards. Cash or Venmo only.
I love this place such a fabulous mom and pop Cafe that's been heart of Cottonwood Heights... Today I going out by this time next year it and the entire business complex will be turn down to build an apartment building WE DON'T need... Not sure who is responsible for that lame a** choice but it's no secret now and the citizens of this city will be heard
