Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was hands down the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. The night shift employees refuse to do their job correctly and are rude throughout the whole process. I have never had to pay full price for such little food in my life at any Chipotle location. The night shift employees here consistently give out bowls that are 1/4-1/3 the size of normal ones, and will tell you they are out of things they obviously don’t want to put in the effort to make. Worst chipotle i’ve ever had to spend money at, I will be driving 10 minutes to a different location in the future rather than come to this one I can walk to because the employees are so terrible. 0/10 experience

My husband came in to get food, they were out of two of the meat choices and so he chose a different one and then went to pay. They ended up not even putting it into the meal. He didn’t realize it until we got home. I attempted to call the store however no one answers and the phone number continues to cut off.

I ordered a salad on door dash and somehow they manage to give me zero lettuce and trying to get in contact with the store is impossible

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered a carne asada burrito, but when I started eating, I immediately realized it was pork. I don’t eat pork for personal reasons, so I went back to let the staff know. The employee who helped me was extremely rude and insisted that I had ordered pork, without even offering to replace my burrito or fix the mistake. Her attitude was unpleasant from the start, and the lack of customer service made the situation even worse. Because I couldn’t eat it, I had to throw the entire burrito away. Very frustrating experience, and I left feeling upset and disrespected.

This chipotle is the worst of the worst - avoid at all costs. I dont know what's going on with Chipotle in utah - it's fine everywhere else. Must be a bad franchisee.

I found a hair in my food, and they no longer shred the barbacoa beef, it was so tough. I had chipotle in california a couple years ago, the quality has significantly gone down. Even when i shredded the beef it was tough and didnt taste similar to how it used to be, i ended up giving it to my dogs to eat. Really disappointing for how expensive this is.

Served the most inedible bowl I've ever had tonight. Bottom of the barrel rice that was in clumps. Chewy, grainy texture. Stopped eating it for fear of bacteria contamination. Rice clearly sat there for too long at a questionable temperature. Why serve at all if that's what you have to offer?

Went into the trash after 3 bites.

Typically this is my favorite location. I drove all the way from Sandy and skipped the one on 104th. Wish I wouldn't have and I won't be again.

Ive been here 3 times and everytime I’m behind a person who looks a certain way and they always get decent portions then when it’s my turn the person barely scoops any food. I got so fed so fed up walked out this last trip. And will not be returning especially when it’s this blatant of how people are treated l.

Abysmal portion sizes, want a refund. Paid for double chicken and guac and got half portions all around. Absolutely not worth the $$. Go to any other location for better hotter food, appropriate portions, and friendlier service.

Poor quality food, they give you like 5 tiny pieces of chicken, they fill up your food with just rice. The people serving is always having a bad attitude and whenever you ask for something the ignored you.
