Chipotle Mexican Grill

They were out of forks (found out after paying for a bowl), still water in the soda fountain, scraped the bottom of the tin for 3 ingredients and had barely half servings… for $17…. But the service was polite with a smile.

17.49 meal is outrageous pricing for a singular entree. employees barely understood english and poured unwanted items on that costed extra without consent. very disappointing!

Wish I could give a negative score. Insane a store that says open until 10pm actively has no food after 8:20 pm. I have been there multiple times at 8:30pm or around it including tonight, I was there at 8:24pm and all the food was gone, and or being put away. The food they did have looked stale and burnt and they actively do not seem to care they are loosing business. Will not be bothering even trying to come here again.

I am vegetarian, so i came here for the sofrito, to my suprise they had every protein except the sofrito, the only vegetarian option. They just told me, we don't have it.

It's genuinely the worst Chipotle. After my latest bad experience, I'll never come back. I ordered on the app for 5:30 pick up, and it wasn't ready (not surprising), so I waited 15 minutes until an employee asked for my name. They said they had it ready but someone stole it. Instead of making it right away, they made me wait another 30 minutes. Also, I paid for double brisket (an extra $7.65) and didn't get it.

I visited on 11/2/2024.

I ordered two tacos. The worker took out a tray, put meat in two of the tray compartments, cheese in another compartment, and spread lettuce across the top of everything. He then gave me two, warm corn tortillas on the side.

I didn’t realize Chipotle offered “deconstructed” tacos.

I took a fork and built my own tacos at the table.

Worst. Place. Ever!

We’ve been here 2x thinking the first horrible experience was a fluke but no, this is the worst place. Their customer service is garbage. I was completely ignored after saying, “excuse me” and then I got in line thinking oh maybe I’ll get some help if I’m in line and instead of helping me the attended started restocking the food and ignored me completely. They weren’t even busy, there were like 3 people there. And my online order took almost an hour. Never going here again. I get that it’s a chain restaurant and I don’t need smiling over the top customer service but not being completely ignored for 30 minutes when I need help would be nice.

Not interested anymore.
From the crappy service, long waits, and small portions for the price, i can’t justify this crap.

No star. We walked in at 6pm they had no rice and no meats. Team members were not good at communicating to customers what was going on. We walked out

My husband and I went today to try the new smoked brisket and they were running really low on it and instead of offering to wait 5 minutes for the new batch to be made the guy put not even half a scoop in my bowl and called it a day. I got a bowl and my husband got a burrito with barely anything in it and paid $33 for our meal with next to no protein in it. It’s really disappointing.

Portion sizes have gotten small. I know this location is struggling with keeping staff. Good food still :)
