I have been going here for years. I cannot express how well kept, food and service is great the portions are delightful. I always go for brunch, and it seems everyone else does if that says something.

Best French toast in utah

Friendly service and generous portions. Pleasant interior with some outside seating. I had the cottonwood special omelette, it comes with toast and potatoes. It's a generous portion, I would have preferred the meats to have been cooked in with the egg rather than cooked separately. The coffee was good too, we will return for more breakfast on the future!

Really good pancakes! I ordered the pancake combo to go and it was excellent!

One of the best breakfast/ lunch restaurants you will find. Pancakes as big as your head that are light and fluffy. The garlic burger will keep vampires away for weeks. I love the Cottonwood omelet. But, come hungry! I always expect to take at least half of it home.

Loved this adorably quaint cafe!! Walking in you immediately notice the unique decor and style. Its set up is similar to most cafes with table seating and the cooking area is visible to all.

The service was excellent!! Sat down and immediately were greeted and brought drinks. Once we ordered our food, it was on our table within about 10 minutes!! We couldn’t believe how quickly it came!! I ordered the French Toast combo while my fiancé had the Cottonwood Special Omelette. Everything came out hot and just as ordered. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the pieces of meat were in the omelette.

Overall, this was a FANTASTIC dining experience!! We went on a Sunday afternoon (walked in around 1:00 PM). We were seated immediately, received fast service, and even though they closed within an hour of our arrival, we never felt rushed. We will be back and can’t wait to try the Club sandwich.

Owner is rude! They don’t give you an itemized bill penny pinch. Be careful of the price gouging. This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I was not going to leave a review, but after seeing that, my experience has been the same as many others. I felt like I would not be doing anybody justice by not leaving a review.. food is gross. Toast is greasy potatoes are tasteless and overcooked. cannot stress again how rude the owner is not only to his patriots but also to his staff.

What a wonderful local restaurant! The portions were generous, and the service was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, with both breakfast and lunch options available.

The decor inside was adorable, and the entire facility was very clean. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great spot no matter the weather.

They also have a restroom, handicap parking, and accept payments via credit card, debit, and cash. Highly recommend!

i like this place. the wait staff is so kind and helpful. We had to wait quite a while for our food, and when it came, the order was wrong, but they immediately fixed it. the food tasted very good.

Provide parking for your customers. Provided lot accommodates about 15% of seating capacity. All surrounding bussiness have no parking/tow away signs. There is plenty of parking real estate and open spaces in these. A legitimate business would partner with surrounding lots.

Fun restaurant with a wall of books and colorful dishes. Very clean too. I had the deluxe omelet with a side of Tzatziki sauce and it was delicious.
