Beautiful view and service was excellent. Menu is good and drinks were tasty. It was rather loud but we had a guest in our party who is hard of hearing. It made his evening challenging to hear other guests. Overall it was really amazing.

The food was absolutely fantastic!!! Tavan was our waiter and he was phenomenal! We will definitely be back.

The food was great, but I think they were a little short-staffed, as our service was not the best. Overall, I'd recommend them for a great view and meal as well as marvelous cocktails.

Food and drinks were excellent. Server was very attentive and gave us the time we needed for conversation, etc (didn't feel rushed).

Perfect lunch spot in a great location close to the canyons!

Clean and welcoming! The space is impressive and spotless. Erron greeted us with a smile that was genuine and made us feel welcome. Emma was efficient and attentive and made sure our orders were accurate and that we were happy with our food. The food was delicious and we had a great time visiting in an unhurried relaxed environment. Thanks to everyone working brunch!

Eight settlers was recommended for dinner and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates and the bread as appetizers. We enjoyed the salmon w couscous & corn succotash and the buttermilk fried chicken with gravy that was divine. And the Mac and cheese- the best!! The bread pudding - must have!! The decor is dark and heavy- felt like days gone by- really nice! It was very loud and that was no fault of the restaurant. We were seated by two large parties and the noise escalated. We really enjoyed our server Bobbie- very friendly and provided perfect service.

Food is always on point and the cocktails are perfect! Stop in and relax. See you in a few weeks!

Eight Settlers has the most amazing food, drinks, ambiance, and service. Literally everything we've tried has been amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting upstairs, as well as downstairs. You cannot go wrong with this place!

Might be our new favorite restaurant for a nice night out, best Brussel sprouts I've ever had. Coming back for a second time to try other things!

We absolutely loved our experience here! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive—such a pleasure to interact with. The food was nothing short of amazing, with every dish packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were outstanding as well—creative, well-balanced, and a perfect complement to the meal. One thing we especially appreciated was the space itself: it wasn't too loud, which made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the company of our group. It struck the perfect balance between lively and comfortable. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends!

Overall the service and the drinks were extremely good. The ambiance was quiet, and quite nice. We found the food ok. One dish was much to oily, half the amount would have been fine. The grilled cheese was good but a little greasy. The truffle fries were fair, not crispy at all, not really soggy but just soft and tasteless. Everything is a la carte including the bread which I find annoying. In my opinion prices were a little steep for the quality.

Fun place with a great atmosphere! We got seated in a cell, and it was lovely. Our waiter was awesome and the drink menu was great. They have seasonal favorites and lovely smelling smoked drinks. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

I had the salmon and it was good. It wasn’t anything amazing, but it was good. They seemed busier than expected, so we did end up waiting a while for ordering. I also ordered a soda when the food came and never got it. It felt like our server got pretty slammed with tables, so no shade to him.
