Love the coffee but I absolutely hate giving out my phone number for loyalty rewards. There's a much better system and it's called an app or a card you can punch. I'm not comfortable giving out my phone number every time I want coffee. Please fix this.

Finally a coffee shop that is consistent in how they make the latte!!! The staff is always friendly, smiling, leaves me with a kind word as I pull away. Not sure what is more addicting, the coffee or the staff.... Oh, the the price is fair....

I ordered a 16 oz hot latte, And when they gave me the cup it wasn't full all the way. Kind of lame when you expect a 16 oz cup to be full 16 oz.

My receipt was withheld, the person asked if I was going to leave a tip or not, then charged me for extra cream cheese for a cold un-sliced bagel that was hard in the middle, when everywhere else includes cream cheese in the price of the bagel, at the very least. I will not go back again, and I'm awaiting a refund, since there wasn't a manager in sight.

The coffee is good but it’s disappointing that in this day and age there are no unsweetened milk options. I only go here if I have no time to stop into my other shops that offer unsweetened milk options. It’s an easy fix. Please consider an unsweetened almond or oat milk for the people.

I love Java Jo's! They have the best latte's My only challenge, I wish they offered lactose free milk. Not milk substitute but actual milk! I've made the request at least 25 times over the last 5 years.
