I asked if they could add onions to my $6 lunch special. They told me they would have to charge me for a Hawaiian, $10. That is $4 for a handful of chopped onions on a four piece pizza. Why not just charge $.50 - $1 for the extra topping? Not very flexible or customer friendly way of doing business! For $4 you could put onions on 10 large pizzas! I am done going there!
This store has been struggling for a while and It's been pretty obvious they needed some serious help. I came in tonight and there was a whole new crew and they were killing it. I asked the person I assumed was the Manger if there was new management because the store felt totally different. He said he was the new manager. Instead of mentioning the previous management or their faults he said he's got a good team and they're just trying to put out a good product. The food was great and I'm excited to be able to get some quick pizza close by again.
I have forever been a loyal fan of this food and location. But I can not anymore. I can not figure out what has happened. But time and time again I go in and get terrible food. The pizzas are either old, and when commented on, was told they all were that way! No offer to make a new one or anything. If the pizzas which are available aren’t old and gross, then my other experience is that it is so busy and chaotic that my order has been lost or forgotten or given to someone else. And then finally when I do get my pizza, fresh, it is still thin, poorly made and tastes bad.I have started going to a new location which somehow gets it right. It makes me sad this location is doing so terribly. It has been a staple for my family for over 14 years, but no more. Every time I try to give it one more chance, I seem to have a worse experience than the previous time.
Ordered 3 pizzas on 6/5 to be ready by 3:00pm. But when I got there the place was completely locked up. I understand staff shortages are a thing, it happens…but did you have to charge my card $34 for no pizzas? And you never answer the phone, so I can’t ask for it back. I even called corporate to try to reach the owner…for my $34 back. I just want my $34, man. That $34 really tied my bank account together.
Went in to get a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. They place was mobbed but decided to give it a shot. Waited 15 min and people who came in after me had their food. I went up and asked for my order and the kid pulled it out of the racks behind him. I had been waiting there for 15 min when there was food ready when I ordered.Unorganized, no ticketing system. People had placed orders online and when they came in to pick up, the order wasn’t ready. Saw this 3 times during my wait. Will not be going back to this location.
This store is the worst and hasn’t changed in a few years. The pizza is never done in time and isn’t made very well. I gave it a chance again today and still is the worst service. This is no fault of the employees. One employee was frustrated and said the manager never comes into the store and didn’t train anyone. The manager threw them into the fire. No wonder this store doesn’t run well. What can be done? I feel bad for the employees that work there
I have been gong to Little Caesers in Cottonwood Heights for 4 years and when ordering they offer or I ask to "crazy it up" with their buttery sauce and sprinkle parmesan cheese on it which they have happily done for 4 years until today I go in and order a pepperoni Hot & Ready and the person at the counter tried charging me nearly 10 dollars for a one topping. When I explained I've never been charged separately for the complimentary buttery sauce and a few shakes from a can of parmesan he looks at me and tells me he is charging me separately for that. I walked out and will never order from there again and will make sure to spread the word-
Understaffed, slow, disorganized, and poorly trained. Making pizzas should be easy and fast. This place usually has trouble. We will only order using the app because they tell you when the pizza is finally ready, and you can pick it up at the portal. The pizza is actually pretty good for inexpensive pizza. If you want a pizza without the wait, pick one up at Smith's, and cook in in your home oven. It will be ready much faster.
I google'd where a Little Caesars was closest to the project I was working on today. This location popped up and I have never been here before. But it is in a fabulous neighborhood so I imagined it would be one of the better locations. The website, Google listing, and maps all indicated this location was open and it's Sunday business hours are 12:00pm to 9:00pm. I drove here from my project a couple miles aways in the snow. The current time is 1:04pm. The store is not open. No lights, no employees, but business hour clearly indicating it should be opened. And now I don't have time to drive anywhere else for lunch today. Thanks Brighton Pointe Little Caesars. You've wasted my entire lunch break!
I understand times are tough for restaurants but this place is horribly managed for starters. Every time I place an order for pick up it’s never actually ready when I get the ready/conformation txt. Not sure if it’s because in their system it needs to be “completed” at a certain time or what but it’s always at least a 30 min additional wait and that’s IF they even get it at all. No one ever answers the phone. Everyone seems to be in high school and moves at an incredibly slow pace except for any 1 given employee who seems to do 90% of the work while everyone else wanders around. Sooo frustrating!

I dont know what goes on there but everytime I would call to order a pizza nobody ever answers the phone. Is this location still open? I used to be able to get through everytime but now nobody ever answers. I guess I'll start going to papa John's.
I visited here about 2 weeks ago and the store was very understaffed and extremely busy. I want to commend the staff for working their hardest to feed the community during a crazy snowstorm !
I’m just posting the picture and let you decided the quality. Don’t worry about calling because they will never answer. I thought I would give them a few chances but after the third time I had to post. The new Holladay LC is probably the best with the fastest service. If your close to there I would eat there. Good Luck
I have been here on multiple days of the week and times and there are never pizzas actually ready. There is rarely anyone running the store. Unless you want to wait 20 min+ for a little caesars pizza, I wouldn’t recommend it.
The manager starling was so rude and nasty too me. There was 2 people working I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks online got there 30 mins later and it wasn't ready . The worst customer service ever and I ask for the owners number and the guy there yelled at me and said he was going to Sue me because I ask for the owners name . It is so ridiculous that a manager and employee would act like that ..
