Tried ordering an iced London fog in the drive thru, was told we have to come inside to order as it takes a few minutes to brew the tea. This is absurd. Why not have a cold brewed tea on hand for this? Even so, we were 8 cars deep, they could have made it while we waited in line. Why have this on the menu if it’s not doable? Decided to cancel our entire order and go somewhere else. Won’t be returning.

If you haven't been to a Starbucks yet, I highly recommend you go.. you pay a little more for the atmosphere but it's totally worth it!
It's like an awesome bar but for daytime use..

The roast coffee is usually a miss here while the craft coffees are decent. The employees are always nice. But, after the last few coffees I ordered ended with a mouthful of coffee grounds. I won’t be going back. The picture is the final coffee after spitting out a mouthful of coffee grounds.

Nice enough people. But I used to go there everyday but they never get my drink right. It’s very simple but unfortunately they just can’t seem to get it right. I have to drive out of my way to get good service. So disappointed.

The staff here are super friendly. Great service but consistently their coffee is served lukewarm on the weekday mornings. It must be a setting on the machine but I need my sbux coffee piping hot especially in the winter!

The apple oat drink is disgusting has no taste I don't know if it was made wrong but something went bad with it.
