Order a sandwich on the app to get a deal. They went skimpy on pretty much everything, especially what I asked for extra of. I tried to ask the lady working there to help direct the toppings, but there was a language barrier. I ordered extra lettuce and olives and you can see from the picture that it was anything but that. The taste wasn't good either. Disappointing experience.

The lettuce was brown. I politely asked the server if they could change the lettuce to a newer green packet of lettuce. The server rudely said she would not. So we left. No apology no nothing. Love Subway. Very unhappy with the staff and this location.

I asked if I could substitute chips for a cookie, to which they responded, "Yes definitely." When I looked at my receipt, I was charged for both items. I don't know if there is a communication barrier or something, but I won't be back. $20 for a sub meal is

Pretty good sandwiches but what's the deal with acting like the napkins are made of gold?

Never have I experienced such poor customer service before in any industry. We scheduled a pick up order from this location, and the employees handed the order to some random person and verified nothing. Upon arriving, I was met with angry attitudes and absolutely no help. I was told to go to Doordash and to figure it out because they refused to make the order I purchased that was given away without a care. I spent time and money to receive nothing in return. I will be posting this review on Yelp, DoorDash, and anywhere else to this experience is shared to stop customers from coming from this location. HORRIBLE experience. The manager was no help. The employee said "Oh sorry we gave away your order to someone else". Unreal.

Get a kids tuna sandwich. Make it an up charge if you’re worried about cost.

This is our neighborhood subway, so I imagine I have left a number of reviews already. Yet the service is super, and the food has always been good. We love the convenience of picking up a quick sandwich for on the go.

Ordered online then was told they didn't have the correct ingredients for part of my order, 2 sandwiches were missing toppings and all 3 sandwiches were not toasted :(

I ordered a 12 inch sub for my husband and I to share. We had to go through door dash because we needed delivery while we have no car. The sandwich was wrong, and it was a 6in.I called Subway. First person, first day. No help. Second person, Nyah? manager, absolutely no help. Wouldn't take responsibility of the sandwich just being wrong, and just no help. I won't be back. And also a big language barrier, as Spanish was apparently the first language for both. FFS.

I just got my sandwich and I thought “wow I was just treated like a King” the sandwich artists were so kind and polite, calling me Sir. It was awesome

I just love piling up vegetables on my sub club. CSRs always seem to be candid. Or, what would ya call em, .

Vegetarian options: Everything. I love the cucumbers and black olives. Not to mention the bell pepper, the yellow pepper, the tomatoe, the lettuce,.. man, I think I'm hungry. Weed bread!

Don't go to this subway unless you just want to eat bread. I ordered a footlong BLT. I had to keep saying "more, more, more" for olives and then lettuce. They would put a tiny bit more, then told me they couldn't put anymore. I said I would pay extra and they still wouldn't. See photo below. It's basically bread, cheese and bacon. Whoever owns this location, you might want to teach your employees how to maximize profit and retain customers, rather than deter customers from coming to your store.
