Twisted Sugar

Drinks and cookies were great and made exactly how we ordered them; the cookies are truly better than the competition’s. Staff wasn’t super hospitable, but wasn’t callous either; just kinda a “meh” type of transaction. We probably won’t be back to this location, but we’re still a fan of Twisted Sugar in general.

Minus three stars for the following reasons:
- online ordering didn’t work and I had to call the store to place our order
- many things were out of stock
- the barista asked me for my credit card CVV over the phone; this is a huge training issue, as no one should be asking or giving that info over the phone
- the drive-thru was kinda sketchy because it wasn’t well-lit
- no accessible parking and really narrow entry walkway (the lack of accessible parking is an ADA violation)

3 problems:
1. The hot chocolate (which my wife has had a flavored hot chocolate at another store yet flavor options are apparently not offered at this location) very watered down. Almost like Swiss miss that was made with double the water it asks for. Undrinkable.
2. Took like 8-10 minutes after we ordered for 2 cookies, a soda, and a hot chocolate when the store and drive thru like were empty. That's really long.
3. They only had 2 of the chocolate peppermint cookie left. Sure, we went at 7:30 on a Friday night so I get the idea of running out, but still... Make more when it's 3 hours till close?
Honestly, I'm not the type of customer to be a Karen, but it was no bueno..

Always appreciate how friendly and patient Mabel and Hyrum are! This is the best twisted sugar location

I just went here and I had such a sweet lady with tattoos (didn’t catch her name) she is always so sweet and they give me what I’m looking for every time. Great customer service from everyone especially her.

Good drink, great service, highly recommend!!

With a background in pastry, I hardly ever find a place where the cookies are as good as everyone proclaims them to be... My expectations therefore were not high. To my surprise not only was the first flavor choice fantastic, all other 3 flavors we purchased were equally delicious. (Banana Cream, Peanut Butter Nutella, Lemon Tart, Salted Caramel) This is the first time in my international travels that I have liked everything I tried. I highly recommend Twisted Sugar cookies!!

Super yummy. Puts Crumbl to shame. Deserves to be more popular than the other cookie chain franchises out there.

I love their original lime coconut cookie so much.

Good service. Lots of options on the menu for cookies and so many soda, flavored water, and energy drink mix-in options! A small indoor space with seating--so nice to have this option!--and a drive-thru.

Dietary restrictions: Drinks are gluten free and they have a sugar cookie that is gluten free.

“Our sensor hasn’t been working, sorry we didn’t see you there”
If you know your sensor doesn’t work try being more attentive to your customers. I waited here for 6 minutes at the drive thru window. I could see people inside just sitting around. Went inside, no one at the counter, and said “excuse me”, this blondie came out and I let her know we were in the drive thru. Cookies were fine.

We came by 15 minutes before closing and they were already locked up. Workers were inside but didn’t open. Super disappointed.

We were so disappointed we came through the drive thru around 8:30pm and waited a while and no one came to the window there were girls hiding and ignoring us. There was a group of girls inside so we decided to park and go inside. As soon as we were at the door one of the girls ran up and locked the door. We asked why they were closed if it said 9 on the door and they gave us no explanation at all as to why the were closing early.
