I just went here and I had such a sweet lady with tattoos (didn’t catch her name) she is always so sweet and they give me what I’m looking for every time. Great customer service from everyone especially her.

Good drink, great service, highly recommend!!

With a background in pastry, I hardly ever find a place where the cookies are as good as everyone proclaims them to be... My expectations therefore were not high. To my surprise not only was the first flavor choice fantastic, all other 3 flavors we purchased were equally delicious. (Banana Cream, Peanut Butter Nutella, Lemon Tart, Salted Caramel) This is the first time in my international travels that I have liked everything I tried. I highly recommend Twisted Sugar cookies!!

Super yummy. Puts Crumbl to shame. Deserves to be more popular than the other cookie chain franchises out there.

I love their original lime coconut cookie so much.

Good service. Lots of options on the menu for cookies and so many soda, flavored water, and energy drink mix-in options! A small indoor space with seating--so nice to have this option!--and a drive-thru.

Dietary restrictions: Drinks are gluten free and they have a sugar cookie that is gluten free.

“Our sensor hasn’t been working, sorry we didn’t see you there”
If you know your sensor doesn’t work try being more attentive to your customers. I waited here for 6 minutes at the drive thru window. I could see people inside just sitting around. Went inside, no one at the counter, and said “excuse me”, this blondie came out and I let her know we were in the drive thru. Cookies were fine.

We came by 15 minutes before closing and they were already locked up. Workers were inside but didn’t open. Super disappointed.

We were so disappointed we came through the drive thru around 8:30pm and waited a while and no one came to the window there were girls hiding and ignoring us. There was a group of girls inside so we decided to park and go inside. As soon as we were at the door one of the girls ran up and locked the door. We asked why they were closed if it said 9 on the door and they gave us no explanation at all as to why the were closing early.

i come here frequently i was disappointed tonight however as i drove thru the drive thru and no one came to serve me. i could see two blonde girls inside. So i had to park my car and go inside. Online it said it was still open at 8:35 pm. I asked the employee if the drive up was open and she got a funny look on her face and said, “yeeah.” She did apologize.

Very sad, I always came for their 2.50ish 44oz drinks but then the waiter randomly tried to charge me 4.40 and said their prices changed and that they just hadn't updated their menu, I get inflation hits everyone it's just sad to see it go

I looove that they offer gluten free cookies!
