I have previously had a favorable experience; however, my recent visits have been quite disappointing. Out of the 10 to 15 occasions I have dined here, I have encountered three unsatisfactory experiences.
In 2021, I experienced mild food poisoning. Then, in early 2024, I ordered a box of fries and waited for an hour, only to be informed that their ordering system had malfunctioned. After receiving a refund without any additional compensation, I returned home feeling hungry and disheartened.
In late 2024, I decided to give the establishment another opportunity. To my surprise, I discovered that the price of their chicken had doubled, yet I was served only a small handful. I am uncertain whether this was an error or if such a meager portion of dry chicken genuinely warrants such a high price these days. On a positive note, the atmosphere remains pleasant.

If you order anything “extra” (like no pickles or no onions or something) they will always 10 times out of 10 get it wrong I just ordered a ranch burger no onions no jalapeños with fries and a drink well they forgot my drink then I look at my burger and it has onions and jalapeños so I give it back to them and it comes back and they only took off the onions so I gave it back to them again and they took off the jalapeños and by this point the burgers cold and I don’t even want it Yupp they didn’t make a new one just took the stuff off I told them I wanted off didn’t get a sorry or anything and I sat there for 40 minutes and paid $22 for this cold burger

I used to get excited when I heard we were going to delta to work just so I could eat here. I am vary vary disappointed I got half the food for the same price and it wasn't even worth it I could have went to maverick or McDonald's and gotten better food
The service in this hamberger place sucks.... service is terrible and when you ask for the manager all he does is flex his skinny muscles.... never once said I'm sorry sir or nothing. Don't eat there..

We had their ranch burger. It was one of the best burgers we've had! Plus we stocked up on some delicious meat for the freezer. Can't wait to pass through Delta again!
