The food is terrible even as some would define a fast food place.I guess the servers are usually distracted often frustrated with you as a customer for not being able to understand their language and often too often more.So than i've ever seen, they get food wrong.Missing something, and they don't really do a lot to correct that it's not a place.I enjoy going. And they are forever parking you off to the side to wait for twenty minutes.Even if nobody's there, it's not a lunch rush or anything.They just need to get their numbers right.

The woman handing us our food was rude and disrespectful towards me when I went inside to ask her for my large fry that I ordered when I was given a large sprite instead.

Over the last few months I have had some rough experiences here, tonight takes the cake though. We go to curbside delivery and wait about 5 to 10 minutes before they bring us out two completely wrong orders for other people. It then took another 20 minutes for them to finally get us our food but with a catch. The pies we ordered? Apparently we have to wait another 12 minutes if we want those. The Fries you ordered? Were going to downsize you even though you paid for large. Not to mention half of it had clearly been sitting there THE WHOLE TIME we were waiting as it had the right tags. While they served 10 other people ahead of us. Not coming here later at night anymore. Nobody seems to know whats going on.

The lady at the second window was on her phone and the place was backed up. Also the person that brought out our food had to reach through the window between the cars to do what? Idk.

I visited the McDonald’s on August 9, 2025, A new manager, Brian, behaved in a way that was not becoming of a manager. The issues was addressed immediately and he no longer works there.
I am updating this review as this shows that the actions of one person does not reflect on the policies of the company.
I want to Thank McDonalds for the prompt resolution.

Stopped 2 days ago to grab a quick bite. Worker's were super friendly, like everyone in this town. But I asked for mac sauce on a double cheese burger and they didn't put it on (workers in the kitchen weren't paying attention) Fries were cold from sitting too long. Chicken nuggets were hard. Buns a little stale. Was not impressed and hoping it was just a fluke day. Hopefully next time it's better and I can change my review. They crushed it on the extra pickles though!

I am so disappointed with the change implemented McDonalds to no longer have counter service. We used to be able to stop for coffee and be in and out in no more than 10 minutes. Now we wait up to 25 for our simple coffee order to reach the top of the list. We love the coffee, but not the long wait!

Been here twice both times major issues. First time waited 30min then left without order, still waiting on a refund. Second time one of the burgers tasted like it might have had cleaner on it? Not sure what it was but gums went slightly numb and not sure only one of the burgers had it.
