Stopped here for dinner after a long day on the road, we looking for some simple good food, and that is unfortunately not what we got. We ordered the wings and Piccadilly chips as apps. The wings were not good, dry and had no sauce. The piccadilly were good, were deep fried home-fries, but had no seasoning at all. My husband ordered the French dip and the meat was not good. The sandwhich was dry and lacking in flavor. Au Ju was good he noted. French fries appeared home made but lack seasoning. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp meal. They were out of soup so was told to have salad bar, it was later in the evening but the salad bar had nothing left on it and was not well cared for. The steak was VERY GOOD and cooked a PERFECT Medium Rare. Seasoning was on point. Mashed potatoes were cold, and I asked for them to be heated, she brought them to microwave and never brought them back, lastly never received the rolls that came with the dinner. Server seemed like she wanted to go home even though they had 1.5 hours left to shift when we walked in and place was full. Not returning with items and distracted by children in the restaurant. Waited at least 15 minutes for check and had to get up and walk over to the table with the children to ask for check. Overall, I recommend stopping elsewhere

RUDE! Skip them if you can! The building is dilapidated and the people are extremely rude! We travel all over the United States & really enjoy eating & visiting every kind of restaurant we can! This was a rare experience! They did not seem interested in receiving our business! No problem...we ate at Ashtons down the street and it was wonderful! Don't waste your time or hard earned money!

I went there for breakfast in a weekday it was pretty full I ordered the cheeseburger and chips the waitress offered me to change the chips for fries so that was good but because it was so full they forgot the dish of my companion so I went in there and the cook said that the dish had been there for minutes I also ordered an orange juice and it tasted a little weird

Friendly staff and customers, price is great for being almost the only sit down food place in town. Good salad bar, good steaks, good food all around. My kids also like breakfast there. Tip the staff well they are fast and efficient.

The Rancher is a cute old small town Cafe. Everything my husband and I have tried has been good. We love their breakfasts! And yummy homemade pie's!
My husband's been doing some work in Delta, so we usually eat there a couple of times a week. 🙂

After our earlier mishap down the road at Ashley Rayes Grill, I decided to place an order for a couple of burgers to go. The process was smooth—a quick call, a 15-minute cook time, and easy pickup. I enjoyed my meal at home, and the burgers were absolutely excellent.

Thank you for serving us tonight!
