I highly recommend!!
This is one of the Greek fast food chains local to SLC. I enjoy their Jr. cheeseburger & French fries. The Jr. cheeseburger is exactly the same as the regular, just smaller which is still a generous size. Hint: Ask them to grill the onions, it takes it up a notch! The fries are thicker but still crispy. Don't forget the fry sauce!
The staff was friendly & the restaurant was clean.

Everytime I'm in Salt Lake City I absolutely have to make a visit to an Apollo Burger. One of my favorite regional restaurants in the country

The interior could use some updating. Food is good, though.

Everytime I go it keeps getting better

First time at this restaurant, Daniela was very kind and friendly. She walked me through the menu. Food was delicious! During our wait, we witnessed a rude customer and Daniella handled it professionally.

I would never eat here because the cashier at the register is so rude and snotty.

Great for a quick burger. Much better that other fast food joints.

I really love this place but the last time I came I saw something I didn’t like. The cook was grabbing the meat and putting together the hamburger WITHOUT GLOVES :( he was a tall man and an older lady

Consider scrutinizing your pickup order. I ordered 4 burgers, including 2 run of the mill junior burgers, without modifications. They completely screwed up the toppings on both. Food was tasty enough, if a little pricey.

We spent $86 on food for our family and it all tasted off. It was as though the grill was dirty and the same with the frying oil it made the fries and onion rings taste off. Also the one who took our order at drive through was short with their attitude. We had 2 Gyros, Texas bacon cheeseburger, BLT and Reuben sandwich. It was not busy at all with 3 vehicles in the parking lot and no one in line at the drive through except us. We took a 45 minute round trip to get food from there.

Today, 22 Mar 2025, we went through the drive-thru for a gyro, chicken tender combo and 2 shakes. $35 and change.

The menu says hand scooped, but the shakes were just melted ice cream. They did not resemble anything like what I would consider a shake. Not thick ice cream at all.

The fries that are normally excellent, were a bit soggy and not fresh. The gyro was good, but the chicken tenders were abnormally small. Surprisingly small. Something you would expect in a child's meal. Certainly not worth the $13 price tag for the large combo.

Not the experience we are accustomed to from Apollo burger

The place most comparable to Apollo Burger is Astro Burgers, so I will compare it to Astro Burgers. Every time I come here (or Astro Burgers), I get a grilled cheese sandwich, fries and a drink. However, I think they might give you less fries here than they do Astro Burgers in a medium combo (perhaps with a large drink size), though I can't say that for certain. The two restaurants are very similar, though not identical. One of the main differences in the two restaurants is the fry sauce recipe.
The Apollo Burger fry sauce tastes like regular fry sauce with maybe some barbecue sauce mixed in, and the Astro Burgers fry sauce is a more classic fry sauce, from what I know. Apollo Burger fry sauce is not my favorite kind of fry sauce personally, but I'm sure some people would like it. But the two are very similar. This location has had free newspapers for as long as I can remember.
