My personal standard for fast food is fairly low, but being told to pull ahead to the parking lot because we are waiting on some fries, and to sit there for 20 minutes and eventually have to go inside to confirm they didn’t forget my order is pretty wild.

Twice I've ordered food threw door dash and twice I ordered a pumpkin turnover and didn't get it. Why is it so hard to put this item in the bag with the rest of my food!

Place was not full... Even stated on the App ' not busy ' But the staff, stated they're very busy. Had us pull around (2) other cars, And she comes outside (all ? sweaty) ?
The meat is always good! But adding their condiments is the best.

Usually, drive thru's aren't worth mentioning. Jeffrey was incredibly patient, informative and kind over the speaker, and greeted us with a warm demeanor. Usually I'd chalk that up to simply being an upbeat person, but the rest of the staff seems to be just as upbeat. 10/10 would ring the Good Service bell if I was in the lobby. (If you still use these I mean)

Parking: There are parking spots all over to be able to walk in and get what you want!
I was helped today with such great service and I believe her name was Kayla. I just wanted to thank her for being so kind to me and my family when we came in and for having a beautiful smile on her face !

This Arby's didn't have the meats went here last night and their lobby closed early and we had to back out of the drive thru because they flat out said we don't have roast beef. We went somewhere else but you most likely ruined the draper officer's lunch break in front of us not doing your jobs properly remember the slogan we have the meats and apply it to your job next time Update came back and didn't get food because their tap reader is broken this location needs to just be shut down
