Store should have opened up at 10:30am. Showed up at 10:45. Doors were locked and no one was answering drive through. We waited another 10 minutes still no answer. When driving past windows of the dining area. A worker was just sitting at a table eating. Terrible customer service. We also saw three other cars trying to go through the drive through and had to leave. I guess they don’t care about loss of business

Always use their online coupons. The food is really expensive otherwise, but with the coupons it's very reasonable. The service at this location was slow, though.

Extremely rude staff. Wife, sister-in-law and daughter went there for lunch and my daughter started to cry so my wife took her out of the restaurant and one of the snobby workers started talking crap

I just want to say my experience was terrible I was the only person in there at the time I ordered fries and corn dog very simple order as I was waiting a bunch of people walked in and my order sat there and waited while everyone that walked in got there ice cream while my oder sat there I walked out of there and I'm sure you guys don't care

I’ve been to this location multiple times. I have noticed that the website shows wrong hours for when they close. However it seems that the staff chooses to close whenever it seems convenient to start cleaning up for the night. The last time that I had been to this fast food restaurant they had messed up my one ice cream cone order. The on site manager took my order, when I pulled up to the window the kid took a while to even come greet me/ take payment. I had then received my ice cream cone. Noticing that it wasn’t even the right flavor, I had informed him and it had seemed to be that he was a new employee he turned toward the manager and she had yelled back at him telling him that it was not her problem. I ended up getting the right cone but it was crazy for how intense it was just to get my single ice cream cone. Management needs to be fixed.

I went up to the drive-through to order a burger. When the woman came on the mic & she asked what I wanted, I ordered, "A black Angus burger, with no cheese, please." She responded in a condescending kind of way, "Well, I don't serve cheese on my hamburgers. You said you didn't want pickles, hun?" Now, I get it. I was a waitress/bartender for years. I get people can be annoying. But I asked nicely & only mentioned the cheese because I'm lactose intolerant & can't eat dairy. It's really easy to say "okay." In a nice tone & not correct someone rudely over cheese. I've had to throw so much food away because waitstaff have put cheese on my food, even after I've asked nicely. So, I backed out, drove .3 of a mile down the road, & ordered at Chick-fil-a. Every waitstaff there was so polite with my order. I almost didn't post this, but it looks like there have been a lot of rude transactions at this location lately. Maybe a nice sit-down chat with employees on etiquette might be in order.

I ordered online and went to pick up dinner. They didn't have pumpkin shakes, so instead of taking that item off their online menu, they charged me for the combo and the up-charge for the shake and didn't give me the combo meal. They did give me a different shake, but they didn't give me the mushroom and swiss burger combo. I paid $55 + for dinner for two and didn't get it all. I would not recommend ordering from here online.
