Pulled in the drive thru, gave order multiple times. One car ahead of us after being behind them 15 minutes not seeing the window open they drove off. I initially thought, wow how rude, what were they doing? Then I pulled up waited 10 minutes plus for the window to open up for someone to at least acknowledge, confirm order, take payment ect. Nothing I then left too. Even in today's economy $43 is a lot to pay for 3 shakes, 2 ice creams, and 2 kid meals and to add that level of customer service , I don't think so

Nobody greeted me in the drive thru, had to get out of my car and order in side Cashier is touching everything and then touches my food with not washing her hand or putting on gloves. Been to many Artic Circles. And I have never been so disappointed. It was already hard enough to find but then they completely forgot an item on my order. Only good thing I can say is that the call to get my refund was quick. Never going to this one again.

Stopped by for some great fries and an Ice cream. The fries were hot and yummy and the ice-cream while soft serve was good. Love that they have a courtesy cone for our cute puppy to try out.

Jessie and Ramon deserve a raise! They got slammed with a bunch of orders right when I walked in and they hustled and got everyone taken care of. I was super impressed. You don’t see workers like that very often.

I have been to this arctic circle many times in the last few weeks to try and get some ice cream. Never get the food— it’s not good and sometimes not cooked all the way through. I’m not a big time fast food type girl but my advice is never get the food here … it’s just not good! Only get the ice cream! I have not been impressed with the Draper location because I will go about 10-20 minutes before the drive thru closes but they are already closed and will not serve me. My husband just tried again tonight and he encountered the same issue. Closed and would not help him even though they should have still been open for 15 more minutes. 2 other cars came behind him. One was honking… someone called the cops (which is really funny to call the police over not being served ice cream). Come on Arctic Circle do better! Stay open until you say or change your hours. But don’t say you are open and close early. I have no pictures to add because I never get my ice cream— they are always closed 😂 But really Arctic Circle you are losing out on lots of money and you could probably afford to hire some one if you just stayed open and made the business from the late night ice cream goers like me. There are a lot of us out there who crave some ice cream before bed and you are definitely missing out on our business. So either change your hours or stay open. They really do have good ice cream if you can get it— but don’t try and go just before closing because they will be locked up tight before 9:30 even though they close at 10. So if you want a bedtime treat— go somewhere else… this place won’t be open.

I've been coming here for a very long time. It hasn't changed a bit. It could definitely benefit from a good renovation as it looks straight out of the 1990s. It's pretty clean but tired. The food here is decent. I'd say it's average. Staff are friendly but can bicker to one another sometimes. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul as it's really dirty. I didn't feel clean after washing my hands.

I came in and I was very impressed with the service I was greeted when I came in And it all seemed very welcoming It was my first time in so I had to take time looking at the menu the person helping me was very patient with me and even got me a courtesy cone with my meal since it was my first time she is a very nice employee and I feel like there should be more people like her she made my first experience here very welcoming !! I asked what her name was and she told me it was Prea (Sorry if I spelt it wrong) What a beautiful name as well !!!

The food wasn't the best but it was still good, it took a while to get our food and shakes, and the place was definitely no the cleanest so all in all it was ok but not the best.

Me and by boyfriend came in tonight to get two ice-creams. The lady that took our order had a hard time understanding what we wanted so we told here again. She made them vanilla ice-creams and then turned around asked us of we wanted chocolate. We said yes she yelled and said we should have told here earlier. I pointed out that the receipt said chocolate ice-cream. She threw the ice-cream angrily in the trash. She went back to get chocolate ice-cream came oit made them for us, the order still wrong but ay this point we just wanted to leave. I called not long after to ask for a manger and turns out she is the manager. As soon as I say we had bad costumer service she yelled overthe phone that we the rude ones. I just hung up because she wouldn't even let me speak. We will never be returning again. The worst customer service I have ever had. I hope that you guys as a company don't except this.

Brought my son here because he spotted the playground from the car. We came shortly after opening, food was fresh and pretty good! Everything was hot and made with clean grease, so it tasted fresh. Ramon took great care of us even though I’m sure he was busy. He made sure we had sauces we wanted and even checked on us while we were eating in the playground area. Very impressed considering we usually only eat at the big M because he’s picky.
