This is the best Indian food in Utah. The restaurant is clean and the food is high quality with a cozy calm vibe inside. Obi, the owner, is so kind and welcoming. We have been coming here for years since we used to live in the area. It is always a favorite to come back to whenever we are in the Salt Lake area and worth the travel. If you like supporting local business owners, this is a great place.

We LOVED eating here!! Everything hit. The vibes were fresh. The vibes were immaculate! The atmosphere is exceptionally peaceful and quiet and easy to talk to your party. The staff was kind, attentive, and helpful. The food was some of the best Indian food we have found in the county. We were so happy! It was also incredibly family friendly! I reserved the large table for our holiday party. The owner/our waiter was incredibly accommodating for our group of 10. He took our orders individually, remembered our names, and let us pay separately. I ordered the Healthy Channa Chaat, Shrimp Coconut Kurma, and rice and tried several of my friend's dishes and appetizers. The kurma is always my favorite but I was pleasantly surprised by the Hummus Deconstructions. I also loved the Saag Paneer and will be ordering that in the future. I highly recommend Aroma Fine Indian Cuisine for your next Indian meal.
The food was delicious, I especially loved the Rose Lassi. My husband and I had a very nice meal and the service was wonderful, Obi, who served us, was so very friendly and we enjoyed talking with him.
Food was pretty average Indian food; nothing too special but definitely not bad. However, when it came to order, we asked if rice was included with the curry (I believe I saw something online about it not being included and wanted to make sure) and the owner (our waiter) started talking for 5 or 10 minutes about 'economics' and how he's 'not like other Indian restaurants' and he does this to make it cheaper (he even pulled out a napkin and started drawing on it at one point). Eventually we ended up able to order our rice, but at the end of the day I would much prefer not to get defensively beset upon just for asking for rice. (It was actually more expensive with smaller portions than other Indian restaurants nearby at the end of the day too).
Been going to Aroma for about 4 years now, and the quality has never winked once.This is definitely the best Indian Restaurant in Utah HANDS DOWN. I’ve been to many others and none have perfected the chicken Tikka Masala quite like Aroma has.The staff are very friendly and always have a smile for you when you walk in.They are a little pricey- and I wish there were more in quantity for the price, but also it might be cause it’s just that good!Just go, you’ll thank me later :)
