Customer service is something that can be taught but this Maveric of all of the 70 Mavericks I have been to ( different locations) is the top at the word of worst customer service. I watched her give a person buying a dollar soda a $20 cash back. I spend $10 dollars and she denies me tells me to go to the ATM where it cost me $4.75 to get the $20. Never had that problem before at any Maveric in fact I drove out of my way knowing that Maverick allows $20 cash back on even gas purchase. The screen even allowed me to select the cash back it was her being a Big Butt head.

The ATM's chip reader is broken and will not use the magnetic strip as an alternative method, rendering the ATM entirely inoperable for cards with a chip.
