Aubergine Kitchen DRAPER

The food is great, I go back frequently. But if you order to go, make sure to check how many cheese breads they gave you - in all of the many times I've done so, they've shorted me by two literally every time, whether I order extras or just the ones that normally come with meals.

They always give me the missing ones without complaint, but I always have to ask. Still, the food is good enough that I keep going back!

My bowl was missing eggs and cheese bread, had to go ask for the cheese bread and they said they ran out, never got a response on the eggs. Would’ve been nice to be told beforehand so i could at least know

Placed a lunch order at 9:30am to be picked up at 11:55am. Arrived to find a massive line of people waiting for pick up and another line of people waiting to order. Half the staff was chilling on their phones scrolling TikTok. It took until 12:30 to have the food ready (after a lot of confusion). I don’t think they started my order am until they realized I had been waiting for 20-minutes. This happened to a lot of other customers as well. Amazing food but this location needs help with logistics. I was looking forward to making this location my frequent lunch spot but I’m NEVER ordering from here again.

Great place to go for those with food sensativities/allergies

The food always taste delicious and is such a great option for healthy food. The only complaint I have is when I order online they always forget the cheese bread! Overall a great place to go to.

Love aubergine but ordering online is a joke. I kept trying to login and it kept saying I didn’t have an account so when I tried to create an account it said I already had one… took like 15 minutes to order one thing.

I love Aubergine and I regularly eat at another location. However, I was unfortunately surprised by this location’s service.

Food took a long time to come out (can be understandable), but what I received when it finally came out was poor. The falafel was ice cold and rock hard. The greens were somehow like stale?

The portion sizes were also by far the smallest I’ve ever received at Aubergine (not the end of the world), but even my dressing was filled up only like 1/4 of the way.

It all seemed very sloppy. Probably won’t be back to this location. Employees were nice, just felt the offering was really lacking.

Edit: Management reached out and made things right. Appreciate the response.

Monsey gave my wife the wrong item, then when she asked her to remake what she actually ordered she was so rude to her she made her cry.
Then they told us they would take the incorrect item and make us what we ordered, 30 minutes of waiting later we asked if it was almost ready and they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about.
Horrible person and horrible experience, used to come here all the time, will never be coming back.
