Saw an employee put pretzels out for an order and another worker took one out and ate it. Also it took 20 min just to get pretzel bites. Employees did not acknowledge any customers and there were many people just waiting while they cleaned and stared. Plus the pretzels were burnt :(
I love Auntie Anne’s. I’ve never had bad pretzels there until today. Stepped in since they’re combined with Jamba. I got the chunky strawberry bowl. Looked and tasted great. I also got the large pretzel bites. The first 3-4 on top were fantastic like I expect them to be. Soft warm and chewy. Then the rest of them tasted like they were days old. Dry, stale and some were hard to eat. Brought them home and put them in the microwave for 10 seconds to see if it would make a difference. It did a little bit. I think I’ll stay going into Southtown Mall and getting the bites from the Pretzel Maker. They’re always fresh and warm. I would’ve given more stars on service because the young girl was very nice, but she still served stale bites.
My first and last visit. First I don’t want to order on a machine. Second hire people to run your business. There are 15 people waiting for a pretzel and you have 3 employees.
Yum! The smell got me first, then the amazingness!
These are my wife’s favorite pretzels we have ever had there always warm and salted perfectly if you order it ahead of time they have your order ready when you walk in but if you don’t sometimes it gets busy and have to wait a little bit but it’s worth it and you have plenty of parking
Good, hot fresh pretzel. No wait, it was hot and ready.
Everything was undercooked and doughy. Teach me to eat unhealthy tho. At least the people were friendly, and when my mini pretzels weren’t ready to be cooked cuz they had to thaw first, they offered me a fair swap.
Yummy! It's cool that it's combined with Jamba Juice.
Auntie Anne's and Jamba Juice share a store space, so you can get your pretzel and smoothie fix in one place. I ordered the original nuggets, cinnamon sugar nuggets, and a blue raspberry lemonade mixer. Everything I ordered tasted good.
The ordering experience was pleasant. They have multiple self-order kiosks, and I saw some patrons order directly from the employees. The payment went to a tip screen, but it gave clear instructions to skip that (hit the red button). When my order was ready, they called my name and I was good to go. All the food is a bit pricier than I would expect, but that's across the board in our current economy. Ultimately, I prefer Pretzelmaker for taste, but Auntie Anne's is a good second.
I was going to go to this location today but the reviews are so negative 😂. Auntie Annie’s how are you screwing up this bad? I almost want to go inside just to test how bad it really is lol.
Restaurantji Recommends
Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but that was just a terrible experience my friend and I had. The workers were unfriendly we didn’t even get greeted. Which if you work customer service isn’t that a priority? We waited 30-45 minutes for some BURNT pretzels my friend almost broke a tooth. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go there. Be better draper Auntie Anne’s.
Slowest service possible and disrespectful employees. Give your business elsewhere
I was mis-charged and promised a refund over a weeks ago and have never seen that refund. Not a fan of Jamba juice and Auntie Anne's being combined. Service was also pretty slow only 2 employees were working, don't know if that's normal. Wouldn't recommend this location.
Absolutely terrible experience. LOUD heavy metal music playing. Can’t even hear my husband talk. And we like metal music. So that’s not the issue. All the kids working there were too busy playing on their phones rather than helping guests. Pretzels were burnt. No ice in our lemonade. It was overall a terrible experience. Highly disappointed. Forgot to add the tables and floors were covered in trash. Seemed like nobody cared to actually do their job.
I pre ordered and my order was not ready at the time it said it would be. After arriving, I was not even acknowledged by the staff for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes when I finally had someone say hi to me, they said my order would be ready in a minute. Then proceeded to go to do dishes for another 10 (Forgetting they had my pretzels in the oven, even though they never told me that part). I watch them finish doing their dishes, not washing their hands, they go get my pretzels and they were burnt! Black! When I brought it up with them, they said “No they’re not!” I’m FUMING! Usually not a bad time with this store but I don’t know that I’ll be going back if this is how they’re treating their customers!
