This place is always good if your looking for a sweet treat. Their shaved ices are so flavorful and the way it's shaved is much better than the crunchy snow cones you get at fair stands. They also have a lot of options to choose from, whether you want to choose your own flavors and try their own custom creations. The place is clean and tidy as well

Incredible shaved ice and friendly staff. But keep this in mind, if you get the red nerd shaved ice, your mouth will turn red. The staff is very helpful. One time my dad, sister and I went here at like, 8pm and as we went to pay, the staff said the credit machine wasn't working, so we could have our shaved ice for free! 🤣

I go here all the time and it’s never a let down. The Shaved Ice is just amazing and just the right amount of sweet. Sometimes the order gets messed around, but otherwise it’s great. When going inside it’s always a warm feeling and comfy.

So I enjoy shaved ice and this one of the few places you can't get it year round. This makes it really frustrating that quality control is honestly the worst I've ever experienced or seen from any food place.
I've had times where there's no flavoring, I've had times where there is way to much and it's like a freaking drink. This last time they added basically a 1/4 cup of sweet and condensed milk when it's only supposed to be a drizzle!
I called the restaurant to let them know and all the person could say was sorry they didn't ask how they could help or that they would work on their quality.
You see teenagers working there and you can tell it's run by teenagers because of their really crappy quality control and costumer service.
They also charge so freaking much for such a good awful shaved ice!!!
If you want a good treat and don't want to be disappointed go somewhere else!!!!

Their shaved ice is delicious and stays cold for a long time. I love the natural coconut!
I’m sure the treats are good but Google and the sign on their doors show they open at 11 on Saturdays but when I showed up to get a birthday treat for my wife they were closed and their voicemail says 12 on Saturdays. So it was a waste of 40 minutes. Maybe the food is good but the management is lacking and I don’t think I’m willing to give them another shot after that. The lady that pulled up to the drive through was also disappointed.

Pretty good place and nice service. Drive through wait is pretty long but servers are nice. The syrup is definitely not as good as other shave ice places like hokulia but not bad. Their tigers blood is good with sweet condensed milk. I did not like their pina colada though. Had a weird taste of rubbing alcohol. Honestly for a year round shave ice it’s good

It was a huge bummer because we came here specifically for the Sonic shaved ice and they were out of spoons. However, they messed up our order but they corrected it really quickly and the cashier was very friendly. The shaved ice was mixed review. Some were good. Some were not but it was a fun experience.
