Not very fast. Screwed up my order..twice. I LOVE Beans and Brews especially considering I live in a town where we don't have one lol but this location was not the greatest

Max has redeemed this location for the last not so good experience I had received.

Rude staff. I don’t expect “good” customer service but just let me order and then give me my food without an attitude. Staff here has given me the attitude twice for no reason.

staff was very rude and i sat at the speaker asking for someone for 5 minutes before they said “we’re closed” when it was 7, they close at 8. when i drove around all the employees were sitting and talking with a bunch of teenagers… be so fr getting paid to do nothing

For over two weeks now this store has not opened on time. On at least 5 occasions we waited for more than 10 minutes before driving off. Today was the last straw. If you say you open at 5:30 then you need to be opened at 5:30. You don’t mess with peoples morning joe or them being able to make it to work on time! We’re taking our business, after more than 5 years, to another location. You guys need to get it together!

UPDATE: 5:40 AM this morning 07/09/25 and not an employee in site. The manager doesn’t seemed concerned at all. That’s what I get for thinking I’d give them another shot.

UPDATE: yesterday the store manager called me. We had a very nice conversation and she is definitely committed to making sure this doesn’t happen going forward. I arrived this morning at 5:35 am and was greeted and helped by a very sweet young lady who did an amazing job. Kudos to this young lady and to the manager. By the way, this store does make the best coffee!!! I’m excited to continue to be a customer.

Food was typical for cafes. Cold and uninteresting pastries bought from Costco or their supplier. Drinks came colder when specifically requested to be hotter. Service was indifferent.
