I had a good experience here today. The service was great. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating. The food tasted relatively fresh. My fries were a little colder than I liked, and the lobby was a little dirty. But overall, it was a positive experience.

Ordered a breakfast combo, the girl said they don’t have coffee at that moment (comes with the combo) and I said it’s ok to change to a soda. She end up charging me for the soda, and later I found out she didn’t put a straw in the bag, with a pile of napkins like being used. Horrible!

I love this place because they have the impossible whopper but once again tonight I was shorted one burger and mozzarella sticks I need to be less trusting of people doing their job. I know that’s not a lot of money but to some it is and I just want what I pay for after a long day of work.

Our burgers were sloppily thrown together, with the cheese not even in the actual cheeseburger. It was on the side of the burger, wrapped up. Our fries were cold & soggy, & my daughters happy meal was missing her cheeseburger. We expect to get the food we pay for, & not have to assemble our own food or go to another place to fill the missing food items we paid for. Disappointed.

It’s been a long time since we’ve had good service at a fast food joint. The lobby was actually open past 8 pm, the staff was friendly and the food was good.They had a “Clue” game going on and colorful tablecloths creating a fun environment.If we lived closer we would frequent this BK.

I completely stopped going to this location because every time I would go I would end up throwing away all of my fries since they were always undercooked and completely solid. I decided to give this location another chance today and still a whole year later their still undercooking their fries because their employees don't care enough to cook them for the proper time. I would much rather have to wait longer and have my food come out actually edible rather than it being quick and complete garbage.

Yeah, they’re slow, but do you know what’s worse? Watching door dashers come in and abuse the staff. Especially the staff that are young and are learning and working their first job for the first time. Be patient. Remember your first gig?Door Dashers: communicate with your customers that there is a delay and that you’ll be on your way as soon as possible. More often than not the customers are understanding.

9/11/22 12:45 pm, stopped at the drive through for lunch, spent $20 on a burger 2 fries, 2 drinks. Pulled into the parking lot to eat. Was served whatever the opposite of fresh is. Very disappointing.

A young man named Benjamin verified our mobile order at the drive through and it was the best experience we ever had at a fast food place. He not only was extremely kind and polite, but we overheard him double checking our order details with other staff and also going above and beyond to make sure it was right, and that our drinks were topped off. We never leave reviews for things but we're so impressed we decided to share our experience.

Highly impressed with the care taken to make our Whoppers. The Whoppers were commercial and photo ready. Very yummy hamburgers. I have never had takeout hamburgers so meticuously put together!
