They didn't give my points fro my $13.00 order that i recall, they took my money and didn't have record of my purchase until I got a manager involved and the first cashier gave the wrong change

I love the food here but service is subpar. Its frustrating going through the line for your order and can barley here what they ask so you find yourself repeating yourself. And god forbid if you ask for a little more cheese or a small amount of house dressing they charge for two more shreds of cheese or 3 drops of dressing. I hate it but the food is just good so try to look the other way

I don’t understand how this place has any 5 stars. I got a bowl because everything on the menu is the same, it’s funny cause the menu could be three things haha. The dude put a little meat in and then tried spreading it around and then looked at me and could tell I was disappointed so he asked do you want more meat? I said yes and he was like welll then I’ll have to charge you more. I paid 15 bucks and I’m not kidding when it was 7 forkfulls of food and I was done. This place is not it, go somewhere else. Looking through I’m not the only one whose has this issue. I’m sad I supported this place with my business.

Atmosphere was fine. A little crowded but I’m not sure why. The food is good because it’s cafe rio… but the portions are absolutely atrocious. I pay for 3 oz of meat and they throw on 1 oz and look at me like they did me a favor. They’re skimping on the meat and they don’t even care to fix it. For months they asked people to give reviews but after a month of bad comments and terrible customer service, they took them down and proceeded to change nothing. The Employees were not helpful and forgot to add guacamole and sour cream. They asked if I wanted more meat and then told me I can’t. What kinda crap is this? It’s like they want me to hate this place. What are they saving by not giving me my 2 oz of meat? What stats are they getting by ripping off every customer of a good meal? I hope they change but until then, I’m eating elsewhere.

I order the cafe Rio salad today. Something was definitely wrong with it. There were a couple of bites that were so salty that I couldn’t eat it. I usually really enjoy this salad, but something was wrong with this one.

This place is ridiculously overpriced. $11 for a tortilla with cheese, but only $11.50 for a burrito. I guess they think meat and all the fillings are only worth $0.50

I frequent this location often, usually once a week or every other week. But, eat at a Cafe Rio at least once a week and have been doing so for years. The ice machine dispenser has been broken for weeks at this location. The staff has left out an ice bucket with a scooper for everyone to grab and get ice. This is a disgusting and extremely unhygienic way to go about this. My drink of choice is iced tea, which means I’ve gotten room temperature tea the last few weeks. I’m leaving this review in hopes that it draws attention to corporate to get this maintenance completed.

The daily specials are a deal! The Chicken Tortilla soup and entrees are very fresh and made to order. I make it a weekly habit now here.
