​I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding the conduct of one of your employees. On my recent visit (03/07...9pm) I was disappointed by the behavior of a female staff member who was consistently shouting and using offensive language and profanity in Spanish.
​It appeared she was under the impression that customers would not understand her; however, her behavior was both obvious and highly unprofessional. This is particularly concerning given that your business promotes a family-friendly environment. Furthermore, it was discouraging to see that her coworkers did not address her behavior or attempt to maintain a professional atmosphere.
​I value your business, but this experience was very unpleasant. I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.

I was excited for a good Sunday evening dinner. But the slop that arrived was despicable and very disappointing. If you have two ears and a brain in between you will never order from this cafe rio again btw slop is not hot

Why is there chicken with my boys steak burrito? Why is my daughter’s quesadilla a bowl of soup? And what the hell is that? We had to remove several handfuls of lettuce over and over and I mean come on. 109$ Sunday evening. Let’s see how it goes next Sunday.

If this is your version of a large guacamole then it’s pretty sad. It’s not even 1/2 a cup. Very disappointing.

Private equity quality food and service. It feels like they think they're entitled to your money, but begrudgingly provide bad, cheap food to keep you from whining too much.

Food is always great, especially when it comes to the pulled pork. Junior was great at the register and made sure I had everything that I needed, great customer service experience.

Like other folks, I've noticed prices go up and the amount of food go down—I'd love to see extra value for increased prices and more meat instead of less.

It’s frustrating that the meal proportions are widely variable based on the employee making your meal. We visit this Cafe Rio almost weekly, because their food is delicious and affordable. However, we never know what we’re going to get. Today’s SALAD left us with about the lettuce proportions of a taco. It’s just unreliable service.

My bowl was just a sloppy mess. Nothing of value, you are better off going to chipotle instead. Portion of protein was minuscule, like hardly detectable. Bland as can be.

Cafe rio used to be so good. Now no one goes and if you do go they will get your order wrong. Not fresh anymore

I was eating a steak burrito today for lunch and finished eating 85% of it and go to take another bite and there's a 3 inch tape worm hanging out of the steak. Never again! And you guys don't respond to emails! Another 👎

We would like to give 5 stars to our favorite dining area attendant — her name is Marisol. She has always treated us so kindly and with the best customer service. Whenever she’s around, she makes us feel welcome and excited to come back to Cafe Rio.

She is so friendly and caring. Our kids always look around for the “nice lady” because we couldn’t remember her name at first — that’s how special she made us feel. We’re always happy to see her when we visit!

We go to this Cafe Rio at least once a month. I’ve never left a review because we’ve never been that impressed with their customer service.. But tonight we went through the drive-through and we were blown Away by the amazing service of Malachi. He was so nice, and friendly. He absolutely deserves a shout out for providing the best customer service we’ve ever had at any Cafe Rio.
