I normally love Chick Fil A but was supper disappointed after reaching my destination after picking up my order, and had no sauces or a straw. This is the second time from this location. Definitely a let down. Nothing like dry sandwich/fries and washing it down with a drink that doesn’t have a straw.

Unfortunately, this morning, when I had a deadline and meeting to attend, I had the worst Chick Fil A experience ever. My order took 16 minutes. There were no other customers anywhere, not inside, not in the drive-thru. There were 4-5 workers I encountered while I waited on my order. They were all feverishly unpacking boxes to prepare and stock for the day. I felt like I was an inconvenience and interruption of their work. I thought Chick Fil A valued its customers. Or use to. One of the woman proceeded to tell me that it takes so long because Chick Fil A has fresh food. Yea, I get that. I have been a loyal customer for years. That was insulting. Like it was my first time or something. Again, felt devalued. Horrible feeling. Sad and disappointed. Shouldn’t take 16 minutes when there are NO other customers in sight. Sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe I should reconsider my choice to support this Chick Fil A. Not even one person apologized for the delay. Disgraceful. I have had better service with two lines packed through the drive thru. Please do better. This is unacceptable.

For the second straight time they have given our food to another customer. The customer then comes back with the food, returns it, and rather than remaking the food, we watch them hand it straight to us. While it might be petty, I don't love the idea of other people going through our food before we eat it!

Don’t order delivery through their mobile app, you’ll never receive it and when you call they tell you to call DoorDash, but DoorDash tells you to call Chick-fil-a. If you are going to partner with someone make sure your customers aren’t sent to 3 places with issues. Manager at Chick-fil-a says it was picked up, DoorDash says there wasn’t a driver available to pick it up. After over an hour of waiting there’s still no resolve.

I’ve always enjoyed Chick-fil-A for its great food and welcoming atmosphere, and the Draper location generally meets those expectations. However, I completely agree with the previous negative review about the employee "L." I’ve also witnessed her treating her coworkers poorly, speaking to them in a disrespectful and condescending way, even in front of customers. It’s unsettling and not what I expect from a place known for kindness and professionalism.
What’s worse, her attitude extends to customers as well. She’s dismissive and acts like helping people is a chore, which is so disappointing compared to the usual Chick-fil-A experience.
To be fair, the rest of the staff are wonderful—friendly, attentive, and hardworking. The food is always great, and the restaurant is clean, but "L" really stands out in a negative way. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously because her behavior is not only unprofessional but also hurts the otherwise great atmosphere at this location.
Came and ordered a 12 pc grilled nugget. Got a damn deep fried sandwich I didn’t order.

I’m not sure what it is about this location but they are always missing something in my order. We love Chick fil e so we keep going back by it’s super annoying to have to check our order and then go back inside to get what they forgot. Thankfully I check before leaving now. The first few times I got all the way home only to realize it and it’s just not worth 20 minutes round trip to get the missing sandwich or parfait.

Today I ordered 4 chicken strips and received chicken nuggets instead, also ordered a drink with lite ice and received a drink half full of ice, barely had any drink to it. Please pay attention to peoples orders.

I'm a bit biased against fast food, so the star rating for others may well be higher. That being said, I've only ever heard of excellent service from staff at Chick-fil-A, and my experience matches that. Atmosphere was bright and cheerful, and made me oddly nostalgic. Prices in general are obscene all around due to inflation right now, but that in consideration I was reasonably content with the price due to decent food, and a quality experience during what may have been the busiest I've ever personally seen a fast-food establishment. Bravo.
Vegetarian options: There are options for removing chicken from certain dishes, but ultimately it is a chicken based restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: It seemed a little cramped inside for full wheelchair accessibility, but I'm certain staff would be happy to accommodate.
