Austin at Chick-fil-A was amazing! He was polite, respectful, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. He made sure my order was correct and went out of his way to provide great customer service. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customers. I'm a long time customer of Chick-fil-a and until today, all of my experiences have been quite positive at the Draper location. However, today I wasn't properly treated by Haily, who twice identified herself as the General Manager. I'm a senior citizen and I've always ordered the chicken on my sandwiches without the marinade because it upsets my stomach. I have a dietary restriction with a near zero tolerance for spicy food. Unfortunately, Haily was bound and determined NOT to accommodate my request despite my explanation. She dug in her heals and said my request was not on their menu despite having ordered it without the marinade for nearly 10 years. She was lacking the customer service that I had been accustomed to for so long. I left without my sandwich and went to In-N-Out where I was treated the complete opposite and my business was truly valued. No more Chick-fil-a for me!!!

I love chick fil a! The food is so good, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the restaurants are clean. The play area kept my kids occupied for a long time.
Me and my family come to this location at least 3 times per week and it’s ALWAYS great but today a lady went above and beyond to accommodate my son and his order. She made sure my son got what he wanted and let him keep an extra sandwich he was given by mistake. Her name is Seleny and regardless of where I see her, whether is at the drive thru or at the counter she’s always so nice. I hope she’s getting the recognition she deserves, she’s amazing.

Chick-fil-A makes mornings worth getting up for. Their fluffy, buttery biscuit with juicy breaded chicken is already amazing, but add that Sriracha sauce and it’s next-level. Service is lightning-fast, friendly, and always comes with that classic “my pleasure.” If you want a breakfast that kicks your day off right, this is the place.

Over the years this location has become very unreliable in terms of hours and service. The hours change without notice and the quality of food has declined. I've watched 50+ cars drive in and through the drive thru today not knowing that the restaurant isn't even open because suddenly today they open at 8 am.
