Me and my family come to this location at least 3 times per week and it’s ALWAYS great but today a lady went above and beyond to accommodate my son and his order. She made sure my son got what he wanted and let him keep an extra sandwich he was given by mistake. Her name is Seleny and regardless of where I see her, whether is at the drive thru or at the counter she’s always so nice. I hope she’s getting the recognition she deserves, she’s amazing.

Chick-fil-A makes mornings worth getting up for. Their fluffy, buttery biscuit with juicy breaded chicken is already amazing, but add that Sriracha sauce and it’s next-level. Service is lightning-fast, friendly, and always comes with that classic “my pleasure.” If you want a breakfast that kicks your day off right, this is the place.

Over the years this location has become very unreliable in terms of hours and service. The hours change without notice and the quality of food has declined. I've watched 50+ cars drive in and through the drive thru today not knowing that the restaurant isn't even open because suddenly today they open at 8 am.

This Draper location is well below standard compared to other locations. Saratoga Springs, Riverton, American Fork, South Jordan, West Jordan, and West Valley all had beater customer service. The people at the drive through were conceited and thought it was important to show off to other workers instead of focus on customers. It was weird that I went to a chick fil an and I did not get one my pleasure when I told them thank you. Plus this location said they do not do pup cups. The blond girl I asked, gave a sigh and acted annoyed I would even ask for one. Not a good location to be at and not very friendly. Plus the grilled nuggets at this location tasted all soggy when I got my order. I will avoid this location.

I absolutely LOVE this location! Don’t get me wrong, most locations are pretty good and the food is amazing, but the people specifically here are SO kind and go above and beyond! There was a really nice guy in a blue and white striped shirt who was super friendly and made my day :)
No jalapeño ranch with my Jalapeño Ranch sandwich, well done! No sauces and no straw. Maybe keep pace and do your job correctly, too much to ask?

This location is close to home, we go multiple times a month for the 10 years we’re lived here. Service is always fast, this location is run well and the food is always delicious and hot. Customer service is always friendly and the app makes everything so so easy. One time they forgot part of a meal, I went back and they got me the food quickly and gave me a coupon and were very apologetic. This is one time out of around 100 times visiting.

Food was hot, delicious, and served fast. Each server was kind and patient as I was ordering for kids and a few adults which I appreciated so so much. Even though the lines were long, I got in and out of the drive through in about 10 minutes during a lunch rush. Amazing! I love the chicken strips the best, the kids love the Mac and cheese and fruit cups, and the grilled or regular chicken sandwiches or deluxe are great!
