Friendly staff member. Unfortunately even though I specifically asked for non cinnamon items. Everything had strong taste of cinnamon. (I beyond hate it).
Bad texture of donuts, extremely dry (really disappointing) more like bad cake than a donut.
Too much icing for me.
If you like cinnamon go for it.

I’ve been ordering cakes from City Cakes for years and I love them so much! They are my go-to bakery for dairy-free desserts since everything is vegan! In the past, I’ve asked for designs like polka dots or flowers, and they always do a great job. For this order, I decided to spice things up a bit and asked for a succulent design on this birthday cake. They went above and beyond my expectations - I couldn’t even have imagined the cake looking so good! The succulents were so cute and detail-oriented. I love that I just gave them a description of the design I wanted and they created something amazing and beautiful!
This cake was chocolate cake with buttercream. The cake is so moist and the frosting doesn’t taste vegan.
The peanut butter bars and cupcakes are also to die for!

Ordered a custom birthday cake online by emailing the order form to the email address on the website. Apparently that is the wrong email. Luckily I called to confirm the next day and was able to place the order over the phone. Cake was ready on time and beautifully decorated, however when we cut into the cake it was not what we had ordered. I called the next day and was offered a discount, which was appreciated.

Very disappointed. Made an online order and after waiting 7 days the order never showed up, despite advertising that orders show up within two to three days. After calling the store we found out that our order was never placed but the money had been pulled out of my bank account and me having an order number for the transaction from the website emailed to me. We were told that the owner of the store would be contacting us to help explain the issue but we are still waiting to hear back. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Very frustrated with the service as well as ownership.

I was not very happy with the fact that I got into the restaurant and the person getting the food out was not wearing gloves. Then proceeded to touch money in the register not wash there hands and then touched the cake I was buying, just really grossed me out. There is a thing about cleanliness when handling food, they should’ve at least been wearing gloves when touching the food.
