This place normally does great for us, we have been coming here for a long time but today they were a litle busy and they just seem like they just want to get you out fast, I was helped by a young girl and they need to watch their bracelet all over the ice cream, I asked for chocolate shavings and she put chocolate chips instead, no a big deal, but when I told her about it, she started arguing that I was wrong, I didn't say anything but then I told her to put chocolate shavings anyway, she didn't have any but then I got charged for it anyway, I didn't fight it because I didn't think it was worth it, but I just hope they get back to being great

They stopped having coconut flakes so they can't make the German chocolate cake ice cream anymore. Unfortunately that's the only reason I would come in. But other locations might still have it just not this one.

We went in to get a tub of ice cream today, and when we opened it up it was less than halfway full. Huge gaps and probably about 3 scoops of ice cream. For the price it just makes it beyond disappointing.
When a doula needs a doula
This location has gone to hell. It wreaked like raid ant killer. Then when we went to order no one greeted us. There were three teenagers all just standing around. One girl just stood there waiting to be told what he wanted didn’t ask, didn’t engage didn’t offer any help. Once we ordered the one teen just stood in front of my husbands ice cream just zoned out and telling a story to their coworker and stoped mixing the ice cream— it was almost like they were stoned or something. Then the other girl jumped in annoyed and finished the order. They were soo slow and didn’t help check out and didn’t say thanks for coming in or anything. It was my birthday and kind of sucked.

I feel bad leaving this review but it has to be said. We brought our son here for his birthday and when we walked in it smelled absolutely awful. When I asked the employees what the smell was I was told that it was coming from the bathroom. After reading other reviews it seems like this problem has been going on for quite some time. I feel awful that the employees have to work in this condition and that management is choosing not to fix the issue. Everyone was sitting outside and I spoke with four different parties about the smell. We will not be coming back to this location.

My husband and I are currently sitting in the Baskin Robbin’s down the road while writing this review. We had just finished our meal and decided we needed to have some ice cream to finish off the night. We drove to this Cold Stone location in hopes of a delicious treat, but instead was confronted by a wretched odor as soon as we walked through the door. Holding our noses we waited in line in hopes for our sweet treat, but the more time we spent looking around the less appealing the ice cream sounded. The counters were littered in napkins/dirty cups, the tables were covered in goopy sticky substance, and the floors were absolutely filthy. With our heads hung low, we got out of that dirty store and looked for a better place to satisfy our sweet tooth. I highly recommend the Baskin Robbin’s up the road!
This location needs new management. The odor when you walk in smells like sweaty a$$. The serving I got wasn’t even a full cup full, and after ordering - my husband was informed that they had no smoothie mix. So he opted for a shake. The shake was runny and they informed us they had no straws. The cashier watches you intently to see if you are leaving a tip, which we now wish we hadn’t. I don’t blame the teenagers working there. They need a better manager ordering supplies and training them.

This was a nice Coldstone experience. I will say it was quite dirty and smelled weird. I also noticed this place needs to be remodeled big time! There are sections of the wall that are warped and tile base that is broken and really stained by the bathroom. Kind of gross for a food establishment.
