Mistakes are acceptable; they happen. When two cups of ice cream are ordered for over $30 on Door Dash but they arrive with every āadd inā wrong, itās intentional. The raspberry & chocolate shavings order was chocolate mini chips and strawberries. The Coffee Lovers Only was missingā¦. coffee. The number of reviews posted here complaining about the same issue of orders being made incorrectly is disappointing. Probably time to make some changes with the incompetent staff. Coldstone has a great reputation. This location is a disgrace. You wasted $30 and ruined a fun ice cream dessert into a negative vibe destroying experience. Fix it already.

I ordered a love it of the cake batter batter. I was sent this which is a like it and not even full. It is a red velvet ice cream. I called to talk with someone but they will not answer. Very poor service. This was delivered via door dash.

The owners are unethical! I haver never in my life written a bad review but these people are terrible people. Sold me equipment they promised me it worked. Neither one did ! I dont understand how they can feel good about being so deceitful! I belive in karma !
This location is a joke. We ordered a birthday cake for our son when we went to pick it up the night before, they couldn't find it. They promised us they would have it for us the next day, but of course they didn't. They couldn't even give us a reason.

Giving them all 5 stars due to the employee who closed on 12/11/24 all by himself with the best attitude and service while having 20 people in line. He took ownership of their lack of staff situation and pushed through this rush without making anyone feel unwelcome while giving incredible service and eye contact. He definitely deserves a raise.
