Guys, this was best costa vida ever, we arrived within an hour before closing and they served us fast and even got us one of their drinks from the backs that they had emptied from the dispensers. Kind employees as well.
Amazing customer service and super tasty food! Felipa was super attentive.

Usually this location is pretty good service and good, etc wise BUT this time there was this one guy JOSE with a dark, navy blue shirt and young, he is so rude and acts like he owns the restaurant. We spent a lot of money and we got 2 tres leches, 1 with mango and the other with strawberries and the mango one is new so we wanted to try it. We tried it and it wasn’t good ( we only took like 2 bites of the crust of the cake) we went to ask him if we could exchange it for just a normal one and he gave me attitude saying I had already ate half of it and it was not even half of it, it was only the 2 bites of crust and gave me all of this crap how he couldn’t even give me a new one because I had already taken a bite of it. It wasn’t until I said it was fine that I just wanted to leave a review that he aggressively handed me over the new cake. I’ve never been to a costa Vida and gotten this attitude from any of the workers. I’m really disappointed.

We used to absolutely love Costa Vida and ate here almost every weekend but recently the cost and quality at this location has declined a lot!! The last two Times We have eaten here they have charged us $12.99 for a veggie salad and then when we ask for some shredded cheese on top, they charge another 1.99 so that is $15 for a tortilla lettuce cheese, rice and beans I do not like pico or the guacamole so I literally just have lettuce cheese beans, rice and chips And to charge $15 for this isAbsolutely ridiculous. When someone gets a burrito or a taco, they do not get charged two dollars for cheese but if you want a little cheese on your salad, especially a veggie where there’s no meat or anything you should not be charged two extra dollars for a little bit of cheese and I mean a little bit!!! Probably not even a tablespoon worth that they put on! We went to a different location and they did not charge for the cheese so I don’t know if it is just this location being super cheap and stingy or not but we Won’t come back to this location we’ll go to the one where we can actually get what we’d like and I’ll have to pay for every single solitary item!!
