Ordered online on a Saturday evening. The app said my food would be ready at 6:45 pm. It is 7:10 pm and counting. Nada. Would not recommend this store (Draper, UT on 132rd) to anyone at any time.

Ordered catering pickup several days before event. The office called the day before to confirm my order. When picking up at the specified time the restaurant did not have my order. Took over 40 minutes to get my order that they somehow got 20 minutes before the specified promised time. Food quantity was no where near the amount we needed for your group. It would have been better had I ordered individual regular salads. I will NEVER use Costa Vida for catering and either should you!

I love costa Vida food!!! Especially the sweet pork and the quest. Great people who work here, always are kind and have a smileDietary restrictions: Most of their menu is gluten free, so enjoy! Just let them know, of course.
Went to dinner with my family of SEVEN during the dinner time rush hour The line was long, and the dining area was full (which is always a good sign) but the servers were very quick and we got our orders in no time! Everyone greeted us with friendly welcomes and we had a really great experience!

Should be zero stars!!! I was with 3 other people eating dinner on April 2, 2024 and midway through eating my salad something I chewed tasted soooo awful!!!! It didn’t even taste or seem like food!! Left a TERRIBLE DISGUSTING taste in my mouth. One of my friends couldn’t even eat her food after I told them what just happened. I told them if I get sick this is why. Sure enough was awakened in the middle of the night with a bad stomach ache and was drenched in sweat…completely soaked and so were my sheets!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!! Dangerous!

I don't know what's happened to Costa Vida Draper. First the App was redone and not in a good way. Then today I had a free meal and I got the enchiladas. There was so little meat in the enchiladas and the portions were very small. I used to love this place but not so much anymore! Maybe it was because it was free, too bad!

Stopped coming here in Aug 2023 because they are so slow and do not prepare online orders until after you arrive. Tried again today and same thing... 3 people in line and did not start my online order until after I arrived which was 10 min later than time they said it would be ready....
