There is no way to cancel an order on the app. I even called the store to see if they could cancel, and the person was not able to help me. The doordash driver never answered his phone. This is just an entire disaster.

Just bought a cookie. So hard that it felt Like it broke my tooth. Walked back in and they said it was supposed to be that way because it was “chilled.” Worst cookie I’ve ever eaten. Bad customer service to tell me my hard, dry cookie is supposed to be that way. Threw it away in their trash on my way out. Never going back.
