The service is always fine. I don’t fault the kids who work there for the less than stellar cookie lineup. I think Crumbl has gotten too big and are trying to do too much. Their classic, innovative cookies have been toned down to boring, overly-sweet concoctions. Zero nuance. The new cakes etc. are a waste of time. My go-to is Crave now- they’re more of what Crumbl used to be prior to the national expansion.
