Nice quiet place ducked off in the heart of downtown most ppl miss it based of the buildings designs but are drawn in due to the foreign smells I was recommended this place by a friend so I had high hopes as soon as I walked in the building it was greeted and asked to be seated I had ordered ahead of time so my order was done pretty quickly I decided to stay and eat because due to the place being empty despite all the orders being made I was satisfied with the order I got 1 because it was 2 for the price of 1 and 2 I hadnāt ate anything all day so it was something I was looking forward to

I have tried to place an order with cupbop multiple times. The first time I called and they never answered even though they were open it just rang and rang and rang until ultimately they answered and hung up.the second time,tonight I called to place an order for pick up and the woman was so incredibly rude. I asked if I could place an order for pick up and She acted like I was stupid for calling to place an order. She was bizarrely rude. I love cup bop and weāve been wanting to eat here since moving back from out of town and we will never eat At this location again horrible customer service

I love cupbop so much this location is good today wasnāt the best experience when my order was taken I couldnāt understand her and she couldnāt really understand me either? I get the language barrier but when I get laughed at for just asking her to repeat herself it kinda deters away. The food again is amazing though Iām unsure how much extra you get for extra krunch it looks like I only got two small slices extra? Iāll definitely be returning but today wasnāt the best

Food perfect. Now customers service girl at the window on 12/13/25 at 3pm. Was so rude since I didnāt tip them for doing the job they are already getting paid for!!! As soon as she saw I didnāt tip she was so rude and then handed out my food without saying one word. I suggests she is fired !!! Please note the date and time and if nothing else she needs to be trained. Most fast food doesnāt ask for tips anymore by the way !

The founders were there when we went and they were super nice guys! They gave us some of their new wings and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend
I tried to get dairy free and they didnāt understand which is fine. It was a language barrier, but the thing that pissed me off is that I ordered vegetables and he grabbed a bag of frozen vegetables and stuck it in the freaking deep fryer. Iām a breast-feeding mother whoās baby has a dairy allergy And Iām trying to eat healthy so that was ridiculous

Food is absolutely amazing! However, the AI ordering system feels so lazy and disconnected. There is no one to answer questions. This very impersonate approach to taking orders is a growing disease society is being forced to deal with. Everything about this location is great minus the adoption of order taking automation.
The two guys working seemed to be struggling to get orders completed. Definitely took them a good while. Seemed to be off on accuracy as window people were coming in saying their order was wrong or something was forgotten. Definitely room for improvement at this location. But again, there food tastes amazing even if it feels very overpriced.
