Food perfect. Now customers service girl at the window on 12/13/25 at 3pm. Was so rude since I didn’t tip them for doing the job they are already getting paid for!!! As soon as she saw I didn’t tip she was so rude and then handed out my food without saying one word. I suggests she is fired !!! Please note the date and time and if nothing else she needs to be trained. Most fast food doesn’t ask for tips anymore by the way !

The founders were there when we went and they were super nice guys! They gave us some of their new wings and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend

I tried to get dairy free and they didn’t understand which is fine. It was a language barrier, but the thing that pissed me off is that I ordered vegetables and he grabbed a bag of frozen vegetables and stuck it in the freaking deep fryer. I’m a breast-feeding mother who’s baby has a dairy allergy And I’m trying to eat healthy so that was ridiculous

Food is absolutely amazing!
However, the AI ordering system feels so lazy and disconnected. There is no one to answer questions. This very impersonate approach to taking orders is a growing disease society is being forced to deal with. Everything about this location is great minus the adoption of order taking automation.
The two guys working seemed to be struggling to get orders completed. Definitely took them a good while. Seemed to be off on accuracy as window people were coming in saying their order was wrong or something was forgotten. Definitely room for improvement at this location. But again, there food tastes amazing even if it feels very overpriced.

I ordered via Uber eats and asked for level 4 sauce, pork and beef, and a side of fried chicken. Instead I got fried chicken with no sauce???

I love CupBop! As always great food and great service but I only gave four stars because there is no diaper changing table in the restroom. Needs one to be more family friendly!

We arrived around 8:30 to grab some food. I understand that during peak hours, it may take a bit longer to serve customers. (Im in the food industry myself and get peak hours.) Despite being the only people in the drive-through, and a very empty looking lobby, it took an entire half hour to receive our food. However, when we finally got our food, the staff apologized and were very polite to us.

I pulled up to the drive through at 8:30 p.m. An automatic message played stating the restaurant was now closed. The posted hours stated closing was 9:00 pm. When I continued through the drive through to leave, I tried to ask them. A guy opened the window, and said he could help me. He wouldn’t answer the question either. Wow!!!
