I pulled up to the drive through at 8:30 p.m. An automatic message played stating the restaurant was now closed. The posted hours stated closing was 9:00 pm. When I continued through the drive through to leave, I tried to ask them. A guy opened the window, and said he could help me. He wouldn’t answer the question either. Wow!!!

Visited this location for the first time today after visiting other locations many times. I was not greeted until awhile after arriving and waiting for my online order. I then had to wait longer than my order time for my food. The food was cold, there was very little sauce, and I was not given my mandoo that I purchased. I also had to ask for my drink that I purchased as well. I would recommend driving 20 minutes to another location rather than this Cupbop location. I am still waiting on the manager as to how this will be remedied.
