Typically Del Taco is my go to for a cheap quick taco. Unfortunately today must have been the last day of their fryer oil before changing it out everything had that burnt oil taste, from the fish tacos to even the snack taco hard shells.

I am absolutely appalled by the experience my wife and I had with this Del Taco location. After eating here, my wife became violently ill with what can only be described as severe food poisoning. The level of sickness she experienced was alarming. intense stomach pain, nonstop vomiting, and hours of misery that no one should have to endure because of a restaurant’s negligence.
This is not a minor inconvenience. This is a serious failure in food handling and safety protocols. For a national chain, this lack of oversight is unacceptable and frankly dangerous. We trusted this location to serve food that was safe to eat, and it failed in the most serious way possible.
We will not be returning, and I strongly urge management and corporate, if necessary to investigate immediately. No customer should ever have to go through what my wife did.

I really enjoy coming here. The staff most times are very friendly. Only once have I ever encountered someone who was rude. Food is really good too and they let you use more than one coupon. We really love that. The restaurant and restrooms are pretty clean. Can use some detailing but nothing major. I love the chicken here! It's amazing!

Came through the drive-through tonight to place an order for our family when we were here a few days prior they forgot to items in our order so I had called the manager. I spoke with just to come back for the next few days and then they would Replace those items. I went into the drive-through and told the girl about the situation. She asked me the name of the manager, which I did not know I don’t recall him so I told her it was just two items and then also go to order some items. She was super rude, completely lying to her then after I got done placing my order, she literally said quotation mark OK whatever pull up extremely rude and snarky. I understand I should have known the name of your I spoke with, but I truly do not recall them giving me their name and I also ordered an additional $28 worth of food so it’s not like I just came through the drive-through to just get free food and lied to them which is how she acted! Come to this location all the time after this I don’t think that we will come back to this location.

So unfortunately I jumped the gun on reporting a missing menu item from my online order. So did I not receive it, YES but man was I wrong when I thought I was screwed on the order. I had some coworkers that always go to that location and was told to call the manager named Randy. They told me he would take care of it and that he was awesome. So I called the store and let them know what happened and he already knew what was missing and told me to come back to the store when I was able to and he’d take care of me in a meal for the issue. Within 5 minutes of me calling him, he told me to just come to the store. Randy had my food ready in my hands within seconds of my arrival. I felt guilty that I jumped the gun on this issue. I will now only buy from this Del Taco location for as long as Randy is manager. Awesome experience thanks Randy

Look, it’s Del Taco! This isn’t just any Del Taco though, and we’ve been to plenty. What sets this Del Taco apart is the incredibly friendly and upbeat staff! Whoa!
The food was exactly as expected. The order was correct. The dining area was clean. Has a play area. Overall, this is a typical Del Taco except for the staff here that truly put this location over the top and make it better than any Del Taco we’ve ever visited.
We enjoy coming for lunch every Saturday because of Randy the manager. He is such a positive and nice person. He could teach a masterclass in customer service and charge a thousand dollars per ticket. The food is good, and Randy is GREAT!
