Spent all day working hoping to grab a small pizza on the way home. Walked in and employee runs up and answers a phone call and I patiently wait and she’s having issues with customer so the guy takes the phone call the girl goes back to a personal phone call. Then as I sit and wait I am hearing orders come in. Then the customers card kept declining and went through about 5 declines before it goes through. Then he hangs up walks away comes back says something then goes back to make pizzas and the girl no where to be seen so unfortunately they don’t care for the customers that come in apparently. Wouldn’t recommend going in.

Always hot and fresh. And friendly staff. Let me update. I rarely use delivery. I did this time. As I was waiting for my pizzas 20 minutes past the time of delivery I was wondering what the issue was as I was watching the tracker. Opened my hotel room door, its on the floor in the hallway. Really? There are 3 of us here. Surely it couldn't be none of us heard the knock. I always give at least 20 percent tip maybe the driver didn't like that. Let's be serious youre delivering pizza. Needless to say, it was cold and sucked. Im sure I'll pick up from now on. Im sure I wont use delivery again.

Used the app to order, it’s so easy to do, and love that they show you the progress and tell you when the pizza is in the oven and when it’s ready. Everything was a great temperature, and delicious! We ordered multiple pizzas with different ingredients per side and they did a great job making sure to separate each side and cut it in half well. We really liked the garlic bread bites, we always love their thin crust, and we tried the Parmesan stuffed crust and really enjoyed that. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. We once went to this location and had a problem, and they made sure to fix it, they really stand by the make it right guarantee.

Over the last several years, I have consistently had little items not delivered from this location. Such as ranch dressing. Not a big deal, but it does get annoying after multiple occasions.
My last 2 deliveries were missing the wings I ordered. Last night I called the location back. I politely let them know the wings were not sent, I had got garlic Parmesan bread bites by mistake. I asked if they would send a driver with the wings, they replied, no problem. They never showed up, and no call.

Absolutely terrible experience. They messed up my order and left something out, so I had to waste my time driving all the way back. Now I’ve been sitting here for 15–20 minutes waiting for the missing item, and they still haven’t given it to me. To make it worse, the AC doesn’t even work, so I’m literally roasting inside this place. Completely unprofessional and careless, do better.
Their add say, 6.99 each if you order 2 or more. On their site, clicked on the deal, set up 2 and got charged $10.99 for one, and $ 11.99 for the other?!!!!!! Tried it twice, same result, did not add more toppings than allowed. Be careful ordering, the site charges more than they say they are going to.

Damn This Is Crazy, Definitely Skimps On The Toppings, Especially During A Sale/Promotion. We'll Just Say. Wow, We Might As Well Of Just Went With A Regular Cheese And Pepperoni, And We Would Have Gotten More Toppings.

They had a new deal for 6.99 which includes seven toppings and almost any crust.... The pizza was good and I have no complaints about it.... I did not order in advance online and just kind of figured that I could go in there and order my pizza and get this deal but no, you cannot do that.. all special deals are online app only... So, after trying in vain trying to do it myself on the app which I had never done before..., I came back inside and one of the employees did help me out.... Clarifying for me the different aspects of the app and after that it was very simple and understandable.... The regular employees were busy making pizzas and the guy who helped me out was actually a delivery driver who took his time away from deliveries to spend a moment and help me order.... I Of course also got the garlic knots... Which are also always very tasty
