ordered food at about 5:45. I showed up to the shop at 6:00.the app said my order was ready. it was not. at 6:15 my pizza was ready but they forgot the other half of the order. so instead of wasting another 20 minutes I had my order refunded and left.

the manager was an absolute nightmare, my grandfather uses a flip phone because he is visually and hearing impaired and the manager said she wouldn't help him order over the phone and he absolutely had to order online and when he went in she said she not only couldn't help him she wouldn't help him and threatened to call the police if he didn't leave immediately.

I called in for a delivery and was told "I'm too busy to take any more orders.. is your on line order late?" Also I live in between 2 locations and both of them told me to call the other store.. do not purchase any thing from draper or sandy. Also why is there no response from a owner or manager from any good or bad reviews? I guess they don't care about their business..
Ordered 3 topping pizza through the dominos app. Delivered a 1 topping pizza. Called and manager debated me saying he personally saw my pizza and it had 3 toppings. There was clearly only one topping even under the cheese. Told me they would give me credit for a 1 topping pizza and to reorder which would cost me even more money. Basically, to replace it I would need to pay for the two additional toppings again (which I already paid for) AND pay the $5 delivery fee (again). Manager was rude and not helpful. Wouldn’t even waive the delivery fee or make it right. Kind of yelled at me for their mistake. Now I have no dinner.

We wanted to try some new pizza and decided to go to dominoes. We were shocked of how small the pizza was... and it was for $25!!! I don't know how they can sell tiny pizzas for 25 bucks which barely had any toppings, and thats being generous. I don't think I'll come back for 25 bucks for an Itty bitty pizza, I'll shop at places like papa Murphys or Costco for more than half the price and much much larger quantities with the same quality.

I should've read the reviews before I ordered. Haven't had Domino's in a looong time. This is the closest one to my home and I ordered online for pickup. Pizza was ready on time. Should've opened the box. Got home and the pizza was burned on top and semi-raw underneath. How do you even make that happen? The pizza wasn't cut, only about 1/3 of the way through. Pepperoni was charred and curled. Beef was burnt. Ate 2 pieces and trashed the rest. Got their "How are we doing?" text. Told them exactly how unhappy I was and included a picture. Guy, Yves, says basically "Sorry about that- how about a $5.00 coupon for your net order?" What? You think I want another crappy pizza, no matter the cost? I asked him to apply the $5.00 to my pizza that I paid for and trashed. He said he'd get back to me. That was 3 days ago. Stay away. They can't cook and they don't care.
