I wasn’t going to do a review because I love Dutch bros but this has happened like 3 times now, every time I go in the morning, there’s no one there, says the hours are open at 5 and I got there at 5:45 and no one was there, not sure if the hours are wrong or what keeps happening

Drinks are good but it's honestly so frustrating that almost every time my gf and I come we hardly get any soft top on our drinks. It's not hard to open another carton when the other one runs out. If it weren't for the lack of competition when it comes to what we want then we wouldn't come here

They take forever! I was waiting in like for 20 minutes when there was only 3 cars and hadn't order yet. Dutch bros used to be fast and actually have good quality of drink but this Dutch bros just is a bunch of kids who rather goof around.

The coffee. It's quite difficult however to make people understand there are ALWAYS 2 lines at ALL Dutch Bros. There are even signs. Why is this so hard?

I just went to go get my favorite coffee I’ve never had any problems getting my drink with any other Dutch bros and this one I had a problem with. I got a hazelnut frost and the guy taking my order gave me a strawberry shake which is not what I ordered at all I got to the window and I realized that wasn’t my drink and they remade the drink but the caramel in the hazelnut frost is usually around the cup and it was just at the bottom and they put so much I couldn’t drink the drink because the caramel was going up the straw instead of the actual drink instead of just putting it around the cup it was very much rushed I don’t recommend coming here there is definitely better Dutch bros in utah you can go to
