Sue helped us today and she was very sweet and helpful! We loved her hospitality and kindness. The rest of the staff was also very kind and welcoming! Food was also fresh and quick to come out :) Definitely will be returning to this location!
This is the worst Einstein Bagels Iāve ever been to. They hire people without even basic trainingāemployees donāt know the difference between a dozen bagels with shmear and a dozen without. Iāve ordered bagels without shmear several times, but they kept making mistakes and charging me $19.79 (with shmear) instead of $15.79. Each time I had to wait for a refund. Today, I was in a hurry, didnāt catch it at checkout, and was overcharged again by $3.50. This is basic knowledge for employees, and itās frustrating that the same problem keeps happening. I honestly donāt know how this store can operate with such unqualified staff.

I read the reviews and thought, āOkay, this will either be bagel bliss or a black-hair nightmare.ā š Turns out I mustāve been on the cream-cheese-and-kindness frequency. Sue greeted me right away, made spot-on recommendations for my bagel + spread, and Zach-with-an-H delivered a delicious creation. No rude vibes, no hair; just good food and great service.

I usually love Einstein bros but the lady Jazmin has totally ruined it for me. Every time I come in and sheās there I donāt even want to come in!! Sheās so rude, she mutters mean words under her breath and basically threw food at me! I want her fired honestly sheās completely ruined the vibe of the place :(
