Fry's were a little greasy and lacked seasoning and we requested no pickles and lettuce but they came with them anyway but overall it was good

I used to get a great burger in spite of being gluten free. My last visit was awful. my burger looked like something from a happy meal. It was so small it was ridiculous. The freestyle machine was off and my drink was nasty. Really disappointing experience.
What a joke, 50 dollars for 2 burgers and barely any fries, close this place down

Very friendly staff. The fries were great, the shake was great, the only thing that stopped me from giving the burger a 5 was that they used Kraft Singles. Kraft Singles are a very poor excuse for cheese. Use real cheese next time and I'll give you a 5. Also, pretty expensive too especially given the lack of real cheese.

It is always one of the best burger options, excellent portion and the fries are the best! Without a doubt every time I am in the USA I have to eat one! And the soda machine is the best! They have a wide variety of flavors and mixes.

Just go to McDonalds instead of here for half the price. They at least know how to cook their fries to where their not soggy hot garbage. even if you ask this location to make ur fries extra crispy they come out as HOT SOGGY

I’ve lived in NYC, Los Angeles and now here in Sandy. I’ve prob been to five guys 3-400x in my life and to 20-30 different 5 Guys. This is the best location of them all. Big shout out to Marcelino and Sergio who keep the Cajun fries perfect and prepare each order quickly.

I came here with my fiance while we were on vacation, and everything was okay. When we first entered, I was stared down like a hawk but a morena woman in the kitchen. I got very negative vibes from her, especially being that she wasn't the one taking our order. I greeted her kindly anyway and that seemed to redirect her attention back to the kitchen. The guy who was taking our order was very kind and patient. I was very nervous about our food after I stared down like a criminal by kitchen staff (before even uttering a word and completely entering the restaurant). However, our food came our fresh and decent. The buns were a bit soggy due to the grease from the meat. All of the grease aside, our burgers were quite nice. The fries were good, too. Side note: I ended up losing my ring in the parking lot and, according to my fiance, a couple of them were quite helpful to ensure that I find my ring. Fortunately, I was able to find it within 20 minutes in the parking lot. I may or may not steer clear of this location in the future.
Parking: First come, first served. You snooze you lose.
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is very spacious and doesn't seem like it's typically crowded.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp when entering the restaurant so it's easily accessible to wheelchairs.
