6/7/25 7:30pm - Not sure if there’s something wrong with their systems and it switched the type of icecream - but had a really weird experience. We always come to Freddys when our family wants a good treat, specifically the sundaes. I said sundae for all four ice creams and I watched it on the screen. So not blaming the staff if there was an error when processing the order. But what really matters is that I could clearly overhear the female staff who ran the drive thru talking bad and placing the blame on me saying I said concrete when I know I did not. The male who fixed it / handed me the fixed treats was great and super nice about it. But the female running the drive thru needs a lesson on customer service and to try lowering her voice or just come say it to my face. Really weird to get that angry over just doing your job and remaking ice cream. Wasn’t even blaming them but hearing that made the experience uncomfortable and I’d rather go somewhere else if the female staff is rude. Honestly, it’s just embarrassing for her and her only. - A female who works and goes to school while having kids.

I expected so much better from Freddy's. The service is lacking and very disorganized. When we arrived in the drive-thru they weren't busy and yet they forgot items in our order. They told me to pull around the front and they would bring it out to us. We then proceeded to wait in our car for 15 minutes while they forgot to bring us our food. I then had to go inside to find out that they did indeed forget about us and that our food was now cold. I can't believe this level of disorganization when they are not busy in the middle of the afternoon at 4:00 p.m.. I'm super disappointed.

Came 5 minutes before closed and regardless got the most amazing service. Employees made my day

DO NOT DOORDASH FROM HERE, there is no option for sauce and they won’t include any in your bag, no napkins either… very unprofessional

Ordered our food and got it. Burger was pink in the middle and I found a hair in it. Halfway through the fried found another hair and after that I was just done. Terrible burger, great shake. Would not recommend for dinner, get your dessert there though.

Good burger, but I got a large size and the fries were not even halfway full. I went about 20mins before closing. If you don’t want to make more fries than don’t offer me the large size.

Waited at the drive thru window for 5 minutes before anyone came to it. Then the girl says “what can I do for you?” Told her I had a mobile order and then I got my food. Fries were cold. My fry sauce was missing. Not that impressed with this visit.
