If I could give this place, a half a star I would. I found a long hair in my mother’s food and the bathrooms were horrible on bus toilets and the soap dispensers didn’t work one star

I just picked up an order for Doordash, I didn't get anything.

Paid extra for added onion rings for meal and they didn’t add my fries to the bag even though I paid for a meal and paid for an additional onion rings

Chicken sandwich was a hockey puck. Tater tots fell apart...every one, could not properly dip in sauce. Burger had no flavor. I was there when they opened yet every trash can was full as if nobody did their job the night before. Ice machines were empty. Teach these teenagers to do THEIR JOBS!

We came here after a family event thinking it would be a fun experience. We ordered the original double cheese with bacon - I personally didn’t enjoy my burger, and after looking at all the food and talking to my family, none of them really enjoyed their burger either. I couldn’t taste anything, not the burger, the cheese, the bacon, the onions nothing. It was strange. I also went home with the worst stomach ache. I had to go to sleep right away. Not a good experience. My husband and kids got the frozen custard and said it was good, but for the price there are better establishments to choose from. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Draper, UT is one of our favorite place for casual team lunches. The staff are so much fun and always kind. The food is the best and the have Pepsi!

I've been going to this location since they opened and the food has been getting worse every time. I ordered 2 concretes and they gave me shakes and they told me it was a concrete

6/7/25 7:30pm - Not sure if there’s something wrong with their systems and it switched the type of icecream - but had a really weird experience. We always come to Freddys when our family wants a good treat, specifically the sundaes. I said sundae for all four ice creams and I watched it on the screen. So not blaming the staff if there was an error when processing the order. But what really matters is that I could clearly overhear the female staff who ran the drive thru talking bad and placing the blame on me saying I said concrete when I know I did not. The male who fixed it / handed me the fixed treats was great and super nice about it. But the female running the drive thru needs a lesson on customer service and to try lowering her voice or just come say it to my face. Really weird to get that angry over just doing your job and remaking ice cream. Wasn’t even blaming them but hearing that made the experience uncomfortable and I’d rather go somewhere else if the female staff is rude. Honestly, it’s just embarrassing for her and her only. - A female who works and goes to school while having kids.
