DO NOT DOORDASH FROM HERE, there is no option for sauce and they won’t include any in your bag, no napkins either… very unprofessional

Ordered our food and got it. Burger was pink in the middle and I found a hair in it. Halfway through the fried found another hair and after that I was just done. Terrible burger, great shake. Would not recommend for dinner, get your dessert there though.

Good burger, but I got a large size and the fries were not even halfway full. I went about 20mins before closing. If you don’t want to make more fries than don’t offer me the large size.

Waited at the drive thru window for 5 minutes before anyone came to it. Then the girl says “what can I do for you?” Told her I had a mobile order and then I got my food. Fries were cold. My fry sauce was missing. Not that impressed with this visit.

Went around 3pm and the male staff just didn’t care about anything the real help I got was only from the female staff and the quality of the food wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t mind blowing either

My family and I have always enjoyed eating at Freddy's when we lived in Kansas. We love the California burger and the skinny fries with the seasoning and fry sauce.
Jacob in the drive-through today was exceptional! He was so patient with each of us ordering and had the food ready so quickly.

I had the frozen custard with strawberries, so delicious. The burgers are not my thing, but their custard 10 out of 10.

We had a great experience with the service when picking up our takeout, even though we were late. The staff was very kind and got everything sorted for us quickly. However, I was disappointed with my meal. I ordered a lettuce-wrapped double patty burger and it was prepared incorrectly, missing some of the ingredients I had asked for. Instead, it was filled with pickled jalapeños and grilled onions.

I was really looking forward to this meal after smelling how delicious the burgers were while doing deliveries earlier, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations.

Saw Freddy's and was excited to try it out. The menu looked right up my alley. Went for lunch and ordered a double jalapeño "burger," and my wife got chicken tenders. The fries were great and seasoned well. However incredibly small, large fry was fairly expensive for what you get. My burger wasn't what I expected. The "patty" was thin, and the size of the burger in the box was underwhelming. To it's credit the burger was delicious. Didn't fill me up, however. The chicken tenders were very bland and tasted like something you get at Walmart.

Excellent service and food! The drive-thru can take a little longer than most of us would like to wait. Otherwise everything else is an enjoyable treat?

This was the second time that I ordered a double baconcheeseburgerand they forgot to make it a double. At least this time they corrected it and made me a second burger that was the correct order.
